PROS: Bob and Emily were very warm, welcoming and accommodating. Great HUGE breakfasts. Fresh homemade cookies available 24 hrs. Convenient location. GREAT view of Mt Washington from deck. CONS: Rm 3 (where we stayed) was pretty small - others looked larger. No hair dryer Furnishings were very hodgepodge and looked like they were acquired from garage sale or thrift store... More

My sister and I came to North Conway for her sons elopement and decided to stay here for a night or two. We ended up having to check in extremely late due to an unfortunate accident on our way here. Bob and Emily were so understanding and welcoming! The rooms are very comfortable, nicely decorated and best of all, clean.... More

We spent a romantic and relaxing weekend here. Bob and Emily are so friendly and accommodating. On arrival we received a plate of chocolate covered strawberries and Lindts chocolates in our room. The location is right near town and close to all the mountains and activities. We lived the sweeping views off the back porch as we sipped our morning... More

We often take off from our home just outside Boston and head to North Conway. We try to switch it up and stay at new places instead of the same place over and over. I went onto Trip Advisor as I like to read reviews and considering the lack of rooms available in the middle of skiing season, I find... More

a nice b&b but not for high end visitors; i must compare this with camden...where for the same price we had a beautiful large light room...private, lovely view, spotless, professional service. the Good: breakfasts by emily were excellent, view from breakfast room was lovely; bob and emily really care...location close to town. The bad: This inn is an old house... More

From the moment you enter this lovely B and B you feel welcomed and pampered! Bob and Emily are awesome owners and provide a comfortable environment to relax. Homemade Cookies await you upon check-in and Bob provided a great recommendation for a locale for dinner as well as suggestions for sites in the area! I will definitely return to this... More

One night stay. This is a classic New England B&B. Bob and Emily are terrific hosts. Bob provided great advice in selecting our our dinner destination as well as typical, dry New England humor during different times of our brief stay. Emily prepared a delightful breakfast which we enjoyed while taking in the terrific view of Mt. Washington from the... More

We had a lovely stay with Bob & Emily, they treated us like family. So much that we stayed an extra 2 nights. They were vey knowledgable about the history of the area & the best places to see & eat at. We stayed in room one right at main entrance. Just right size, comfortable bed. Very clean. Quaint front... Our first time at a B&B and I didn't know what to expect and don't have anything to compare it to. With that said Bob and Emily were very nice and helpful right away. The house is nice small rooms on the 3rd floor but we liked being tucked away. The breakfasts were so good I felt like a cow... More

We stayed here one night last weekend. The house is in a great location on Rt. 16, just a short distance from the center of North Conway. They have wicker chairs on the front porch, homemade cookies in the foyer, and hot coffee available any time. Bob and Emily are warm and welcoming. There's a fabulous view of Mt. Washington... More
