Our hosts, Paul and Yvonne made our stay one of our best vacation trips ever. We could not have asked for more from our wonderful stay. From the beautiful property, to the well-appointed rooms, to the thoughtful and accommodating hosts, every detail of our weekend was attended to.

The lovely grounds have summer flowers in full bloom. There is a TV room (no TVs in the rooms), with books to browse through and a Pool table that is a happy respite from the days' activities. Each room has air conditioning. There are lush sprawling lawns, majestic old growth trees, and a pristine sitting area where you can watch the hummingbirds flitter around, or watch the otters in the small pond.

Breakfast is served daily. All homemade and delicious. We could not have been more comfortable or relaxed - we honestly felt like we were staying with old friends.

If you're looking for serenity and comfort, King Hill Inn will not disappoint. We absolutely cannot wait to come back.

Paul and Yvonne are fantastic people and the King Hill Inn is a great place to stay if you’re exploring Vermont and/or New Hampshire. The location is charming, the rooms are spotlessly clean and nicely decorated, the breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend for a couples trip or family vacation.

We had a charming room, very clean, comfortable bed. There was a/c, although we didn't need it, several common areas, tv located there. Paul and Yvonne provided a delicious breakfast and spent time talking with us about fishing, food, and education. Great conversations! The location was central to our plans and the property was charming to walk around.

Paul and Yvonne were kind hosts and wonderful people. Their property is gorgeous, spotless, and well-maintained. They always go the extra mile to make sure guests are comfortable and welcomed, including going shopping to make sure I had a tasty, healthy, and nutritious breakfast every day despite my specific dietary restrictions. They gave wonderful recommendations in terms of local activities and where to find farm-fresh produce at the best price. King Hill Inn was my quiet refuge to recharge after my busy days at a conference nearby.

This beautiful bed-and-breakfast was a charm to find!
Yvonne and Paul are wonderful welcoming guests and the absolutely delicious breakfast every morning sitting on the screened in porch made for a perfect weekend. The Inn is adorable, wonderfully decorated and super clean.
Beds were comfy…. Quality sheets and furnishings.
We enjoyed playing pool in the common room one evening as well. So much fun!
Finding a true bed and breakfast, one which actually serves breakfast… Is hard to find these days.
Do not hesitate, book this awesome inn!

We had the pleasure of staying here for a weekend in July, 2021 while attending a nearby wedding. The inn is a renovated farm house dating from the 1830s and has many charming features. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Our stay was quiet and relaxing. The hosts/owners were very friendly. We enjoyed talking with them each morning while we enjoyed a superb breakfast, included in our room rate. It was the quintessential bed and breakfast experience.

This is a wonderful B & B: clean, quiet, quaint, and historic (1830’s house). Yvonne and Paul are fantastic hosts and the breakfasts were excellent - delicious omelets, fluffy blueberry pancakes, fruit, OJ and coffee. A true delight!

We had a fantastic stay. The innkeepers Paul and Yvonne were friendly and very accommodating. The inn is a beautiful farmhouse built in the 1800s. We had a very nice room with a large bathroom. Everything was extremely clean and every morning we were served a delicious breakfast. The grounds are well maintained and there is a nice area in the back to sit outside and enjoy the beauty.
We were very happy with our stay. We would recommend staying here to our family and friends. We plan to stay here again.

Extremely impressed with The King Hill Inn and Kitchen. Having never stayed at a bed and breakfast before we finally decided to give it a try. We are sure glad we did. What a beautiful place : the rooms and the grounds are absolutely lovely in every way, and the breakfast delicious. Add to that the warm welcome and gracious hospitality of the owners Paul and Yvonne. Their pride and care of the inn, as well as their concern for their guests to have a pleasant stay is so evident. We truly appreciated their kindness so much. We are definitely going to stay there again and recommend The King Hill Inn and Kitchen to others. Love the place and the people!
