Excellent place for kids and adults alike. People are friendly and the facility is clean and neat. The price is incredably reasonable and we plan on making a return trip next summer. Location is great and getting in and out of the place is easy also. Things that i feel could use inprovement are: another play ground due to the...

My husband and I stayed for one night and were very pleased. We arrived well after 6:00 pm and were greeted, welcomed and accommodated in a very nice, secluded, level campsite. We were within a short walk to the showers which were very clean - water pressure is adequate and there was plenty of hot water. The campsite is across...

We stayed one night in August during the peak of late summer vacation and managed to get a nice site on a saturday night. The staff was friendly and helpful and gave us a site suitable for a large, long motorhome. We even had open sky views for our satellite, even though the majority of sites in the campground are...

We enjoy the friendliness of the owners and the facilities are clean and outhouses located around the park which is nice instead of hiking a mile to the bathroom. There is boat rentals you launch across the street at the lake. We visit yearly and enjoy our stay here year after year. Laid back feel. There is a playground, pool...

We got in late to this campsite after dark. Was just happy to find a campground. The site was actually nice, well treed and fairly private. Lot of rules but I think it works for the campground. Bathrooms were clean, nice big shower stalls and they were free. I would recommend this place.

This place is great for families with kids of all ages. There is a wide variety of activities and things to do, like fishing, private beach, canoes and kayaks rentals, in ground swimming, basketball and volleyball courts. Also special events like ice cream social and more.

We visited after making reservations over the 4th of July weekend. We have a 40 ft class A RV (big rig). We thought the park was a bit difficult to navigate for a big rig, so beware if you have one. The park is rustic, lots of trees, good privacy in our site. There were lots of families and kids....

Just enjoyed a nice 4th of July at this family friendly campground! The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities were nicely kept. We were in a spot that had heavy car traffic and people were not obeying the 5mph speed limit but the way our camper was it wasn't horribly bad. We would have been more concerned...

I was told our site could accommodate 7 people and 2 cars. This couldn't have been further from the truth. The cars did not fit anywhere and I had to negotiate with my neighbors. Absolutely disappointed. We set up 2 tents facing each other in the parking spot. The site was all roots, rocks and not at all flat. Our...

Spent Memorial Day Weekend camping at Twin Tamarack. Great customer service from the time we booked until when we left. Really nice campground, lot bigger than I had realized. Stayed at site 115, good sized, level, fire ring & picnic table. Fit our huge tent, chairs & screen house with room to spare. We also had a nice little area...

“If you don't like roughing it but like the outdoor component of camping, I suggest a cabin. We were very happy with ours...which had a bathroom. (No shower) Campground shower rooms were clean and efficient.”
