I have never seen such unprofessional staff in any Marriott chain ever. I have a European credit card with a pin. For some reason the hotel device could not read it. I am a frequent guest at this hotel and everybody knows me to the extent that they know what kind of wine I drink. However, although the room was booked thru our company which holds a Marriott titanium status, the receptionist would not give me the room after my long trip from Europe till the evening at which time my colleague was supposed to come. First I complained to the sales manager. She gave a go ahead that I be given a room. Do not want to mention that the frustrated receptionist when I asked for a silent room since I needed a rest after a long trip from Europe actually gave me a room for people with hearing problem. She tried to be funny I guess or was probably very mean. When I complained to the reception manager, she reacted accordingly and immediately has arranged for a suite to be given to me. I still cannot believe while I am writing this that this can happen to anybody???!!!! I cut my leg in the pool which was full of dead flies. My stay was a nightmare. The hotel is full most of the time with the prices similar to New York hotels, and it is in the middle of nowhere. I can say only that the only reason I was getting back to this hotel is the food in the bistro which always fresh and tasty. Hotel rooms are below average. Shopping mall is close. If you make it through the reception, and Debbie the receptionist, if I remember correctly, you are safe.

We came here from England for a family wedding and stayed 3 nights. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and efficient. My wife was particularly glad that the fitness centre was open 24 hours a day. The food in the bistro was tasty but expensive and the range of options was adequate but not great. The location was quiet, and about 10 minutes walk from shops and restaurants in the town. The event facilities for the wedding were very good.

Our stay left much to be desired.  To start, our room door handle was broken along with the card key reader malfunctioning (the card had to be inserted five times before the lock released).  Upon entering, there was a stale odor in the room along with the air vent in the bathroom clogged with dust and debris.   I did respectfully request at the front desk to have the door fixed and investigate the odor, to which I was told they would send an “engineer” to our room shortly.  The evening past with no results.  The next day, I checked with the front desk to see if the repairs would made to which I was told, “What repairs?”  At that point, I was not happy.  As a result, they sent someone immediately.  Never mind, the fact we were checking out.   I was completely shocked by the lack of follow up and professionalism at this location. My wife and I stay at the Marriott quite often in the Cayman Islands and to say the least, they know how to take care of their clients.   I’m hoping someone from corporate headquarters will expedite handling this matter. I would also like to request that I am contacted personally so that I may be informed how Marriott will rectify this issue.

This hotel will be my first choice anytime I visit this area. The staff is extremely accommodating and always had a smile. They catered to our every need. The next time I plan an event in Nashua this hotel will be my first choice. Their event planner Danielle is amazing! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the kids loved the pool area. I can’t wait to come back.

I was in the area to view a play by my family's children. I travel quite a bit and am very picky about the places I stay and am very aware of my surroundings and circumstances. As a woman traveling singularly, I hardly ever put myself in a situation for...well anything. I came back late from the play, grabbed a quick bite at the Bistro to take back to my room. When I get there I was not able to enter the room...the key worked and the knob turned but the door felt like it was locked from the inside. I went back to the front desk and asked Brittany to have someone come to assist me. As I was waiting I thought, well that was not a very smart thing to do to be waiting for an unknown person to open my room while I am alone...Around the corner came a gentleman AND Brittany to assist me. (the knob was wonky and wouldn't work turning the handle down, but did turning it up. Another person had the same issue with their door). I asked her the next day if that was a company policy and she said no. And this is not to say anything negative about the maintenance person because he was more than polite and helpful. Brittany just felt I might feel more comfortable. Kudos Brittany With all the news you read about something as innocent as a doorknob that was wonky turning into something far worse, Brittany having the forethought to accompany the maintenance worker to the room of a woman traveling alone requires mentioning. It might even be a thought to have this become a company policy, especially when it involves a woman traveling alone. Good job Brittany.
