Terrible customer service. I am not one ever to write a review, as everyone has bad days.... but there is no excuse for anyone to run a business that shady. Do not bother to have any questions about canceling call and ask a friend or read through thoroughly. Just don’t bother to call and ask.

This is a really nice campground. We have stayed a number of times and had a great time. The facilities are well cared for. They have just the right number of activities. Everything is what I think of when I think NH camping.

Called to inquire about an early check in (as the website advises) and the woman who answered was not polite at all when I asked for a 12:30/1pm check in time. She said there is a fee for early access (I did not see any mention of this fee online) I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for over a decade and have never heard of “early access fees” especially if it is just a few hours. I just spent almost $600 for the cabin, it would be really nice to not be met with snide and unprofessional remarks like, “I don’t make the rules, I just work here.” Here’s hoping the experience outweighs the customer service!

We thought this campground was great before but now it is even better, many of the seasonal folks have left and it is more family oriented and less subject to influence of seasonal campers who were often loud and made it less enjoyable, almost bullying. Thanks for your improvements in activities, cannot wait for the pool next year! Only downside is lack of private campsites but it is the price you pay for great activities, electricity and clean bathrooms!

I was a regular weekly camper here when it was a family owned campground. It was the perfect balance of "roughing it" and convenient camping! The grounds were pristine and it felt like a family of people interested in camping/RVing. I have not been there since it has been sold, but after looking at their website, I can tell you I do not plan on going back! Fast food, beer sold on the premises??? It appears to have gotten way too commercialized. Please keep in mind that this is only a personal opinion of what it has become. Not a reflection of the service, etc.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We're so glad that you've had good experiences at our campground. While we are transitioning to the Jellystone Park™ name, we are still committed to giving people the best camping experience that we can in our NH setting! We have begun to sell food and drink to our campers, which has largely received a positive response. We understand however that this may come down to personal tastes and opinions :)
