Followed the advice of Tripadvisor reviews and booked a weekend getaway at Church Landing. Was a bit disappointed at what we received for the money we paid. We did get a beautiful room with a beatiful view - but that was it! Room was not clean (leftovers in the fridge - hairball in drain of tub) Staff less than friendly....

My husband, son and I went on a road trip this summer from Georgia to Maine. We stopped at Church Landing for a few days and can't say enough about how much we loved it here. In fact, we've talked about planning a return trip for next summer. The location is wonderful as a base to visit the surrounding New...

Beautiful lakefront resort with lots of food choices in walking distance. The room was so much more than I expected, so comfortable with a fireplace, loveseat and a porch with two rocking chairs and a great view of the lake. The room decor was great, I felt we were in an mountain lodge! Two pools, both were part indoors and...

We have been to Church Landing many times and each time they add something new. This year there are new suites and a new activity center. We sat on adirondack chairs on the lawn looking over the bay and watching a paddle board lesson taking place in front of us. We have been here in all seasons, in winter when...

Let me start by saying that i have stayed at church landing several times in the past and have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately my stay during the July 4th holiday was not up to par. I stayed in the hearthstone suite and was very disappointed that the room did not live up to its billing. First, It is not...

As I'm writing this review on the morning of our departure after a four-day stay, I'm sitting watching the sunrise over the lake from a large window seat that's nestled in a small alcove of the room. Birch logs and small branches frame the window seat inside while outside the view of the lake is framed by a beautiful canopy...

My wife and I stayed for a one night getaway. Very nice room, clean and well appointed with great view of the lake. A little on the pricey side but nice stay. The resturant on site has a great breakfast. Short walk on boardwalk to shops and other resturant.

We spent three nights at Church Landing in order to attend a family event. First, let me say that the bed and pillows we had were probably the most comfortable we have had in our travels. The room was very pleasant and comfortable, furnished in a rustic birch motif--two nice comfortable chairs, a huge ottoman, and a lovely balcony overlooking...

6/27/12 Our second visit to Church Landing was just as memorable as our first. We booked a room (mid week) right on the shore of Lake Winnepesaukee. It was so serene and beautiful! We found the hotel to have a rustic elegance that was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful to our needs. The Water Fallls Cafe...

After reading many great reviews, I booked three nights here. When we pulled up, though, we were disappointed. From the highway, Church Landing is not much to look at. It's the lake-side view that matters. And I do mean LAKE SIDE! Walk right outside your hotel room (especially if you are lucky enough to get first floor) and you can...
