I have nothing but nice things to say about the Tuckernuck Inn. The room was lovely, Tom and Annmarie were incredibly attentive, and the food was excellent. We went for an anniversary trip and they had a vase full of roses waiting for us in the room. Annmarie baked cookies every day and had a tray of them in the lobby. They had tons of suggestions for things to do and were very knowledgeable about the area. And the inn was centrally located so we could explore Meredith on foot without any trouble.

They are also clearly taking coronavirus precautions seriously, and have breakfast set up with tables 6 feet apart. Felt 100% safe at all times.

I would wholeheartedly recommend the Tuckernuck Inn to anyone looking for a couple's trip.

My husband and I recently stayed one night at the tuckernuck Inn and I wish now we had made our trip longer! We stayed in the Governor's Island Room, 2nd floor with an electric fireplace. The room is very nicely decorated and the bed and pillows were super comfortable.

The owners (Tom and Annmarie) were so nice and welcoming! Tom checked us in and gave us a little rundown on Meredith and the local places to eat, drink and be merry. I had pre-ordered the cheese and cracker board and asked for it to be set out around 8pm. When we got back from exploring the crackers were waiting and the cheese was in the fridge. The Squire Mountain "Little Tub" of bacon cheddar spreadable cheese was so good as was the rest of the cheese.

Tom asked us when we checked in what time we would like breakfast and we picked 9am and it was such a treat! First course was yogurt with granola and blueberries, followed by Tom's family secret banana bread, and finally a sausage and egg soufflé, everything was amazing! Annmarie is a great cook, so bring your appetite.

I would highly recommend staying here, it's close to town and such a beautiful area to visit and the Innkeepers really made us feel at home. We're hoping to do a group trip to this location once we can travel safely in numbers.

On a final note, the inn was very clean and the owners wore masks whenever we interacted.

We had a great stay to celebrate our anniversary! The inn has an appealing historical charm, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was walking distance to the center of town and the waterfront area. The hosts, Annmarie and Tom, were excellent - very welcoming. They provided tons of information on things to do, places to eat, local history, etc. The plated 3-course breakfasts were wonderful and were a great start to each day. We especially enjoyed Annmarie's chocolate chip scones and Tom's banana bread. We were very happy we chose to stay here and would high recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in Meredith.

Tuckernuck Inn is located just a couple of blocks away from the hustle bustle of Meredith. We had all of the perks of the town, but the location was very quiet and peaceful. We easily walked to the little downtown of Meredith, where there are a couple of casual eating establishments. We also walked another block to the harbor, but beware, the walk back to the Inn is mostly uphill, but doable. Our room was a little smaller than expected but very comfortable and clean. Breakfast both mornings was delicious. There is coffee available all day and homemade cookies available in the afternoon. We loved the area and hope to go back for another visit. The host, Tom, and his wife, Annie, were pleasant hosts. Thank you!

The Tuckernuck is located on a well-kept property with a pleasant sitting area and easy parking. The common areas of the Inn are well-maintained and inviting. The breakfasts were excellent and we especially enjoyed the 24 hour access to complimentary coffee, tea, soft drinks and bottled water. The daily home baked cookies were a nice touch. Tom, the host, was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet and functionally sound with a comfortable bed and ample pillows and blankets. Located in Meredith, the Inn is close to many attractions and recreational possibilities.

Location is walking distance from the Town, some shops and even restaurants! Easy to park, and very lovely hosts. The room was comfortable and clean. My room had a tv, even though when I travel I never turn it on, but sitting downstairs with coffee or hot tea was very pleasant. Breakfast is 3 courses and excellent- really a highlight of staying in a Bed/Breakfast. Traveling in the FALL-- I would highly recommend.

Great, quiet location a few mins walk into the wonderful town of Meredith and Lake Winnipesaukee. Tom was a friendly and welcoming host and very knowledgeable about the local area. Ann-Marie's home cooked breakfasts were first class and set us up nicely for some superb hiking and other plentiful activities in the lakes region. Our room was comfortable, cosy and traditionally furnished. Meredith offers some traditional pubs and restaurants to cater for all tastes. We especially enjoyed the vibe and location of the Town Docks bar/restaurant. We didn't want to leave!

We loved our stay at the Tuckerneck Inn! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Tom who made us feel so welcome and comfortable. He gave us some tips on various places to eat, sites to see, and suggestions on things to do during our visit. The rooms were comfortable and the location can't be beat. The two breakfasts we had were delicious with a variety of options to start our days off with a great meal. Our only regret is that we weren't able to stay longer as there was so much we wanted to do!
