Located in an old mill building, that appears to have been renovated into a hotel 15 or 20 years ago. Passable, but not fancy. Very small rooms. Everything works. Marginally clean, with a rug straight out of the 50s. This is the cheapest passable hotel that I have found in Manchester. The desk clerk was friendly enough although a little... More

The carpeting is old and hallway lighting poor. The a/c makes a lot of noise and there appears to be no active maintenance person on the premises. Amenities such as irons, etc are lacking. There is a "full breakfast" available but it is NOT a full breakfast. There are no eggs, waffles, etc. The breakfast consists of cereal, mini bagels and english muffins,... More

Booked via Choiceprivileges as a Rewards Program member. Their reviews on their website were fairly positive. Unfortunately, I booked pre-paid non-cancellable. Their website reviews were fairly positive. Big mistake. Then I looked at tripadvisor reviews. Lots of crime issues. Prostitution. Fights. Police out front. I called several 800 numbers for Choice Privileges. Long wait times. Finally got Customer Relations. Put... More

This hotel was better than I thought it was going to be. When we arrived (late in the evening) you could tell the hotel was full by the large amount of cars in the parking lot. So immediately I figured I was in for a noise filled night. But to my surprise it was NOT the case. This hotel was... More

Let me preface this with a bit about me: I travel a lot and tend to stay at Choice hotels (membership benefits are good) and I am used to better looking facilities; however, this place was not that bad. Our first room had a dysfunctional air conditioner, but we were moved quickly. And yes, the hotel is a bit dingy... More

We checked in at midnight to a full hotel (think we got the last room). It was NASCAR race weekend and all the hotels in the area were full. The room had a "No Smoking" sign on the door, but this was more an aspiration or an entreaty than a statement of fact. The hallway was smoke filled, as was... More

Horrible hotel. Police on location while checking in. The front desk denied Police presence although three cars there. Still charged me for room even though we chose to go somewhere else. Criminal activity in parking lot. Outer doors to hotel don't secure.....just walk right in.....Not Safe.

Room was nice and quiet. But the staff was crap. The location looked like the hood. Didn't feel terribly safe. But again the room itself was nice and clean. Checking in was a pain because the girl at the counter didn't speak English, which is what I speak... So it was a little difficult.

Been here 4 hours and am LITERALLY scared. Scared for my health, scared for the prostitutes roaming up and down the hallway, scared for my life as I watch the *thugs with guns* loiter in the HOTEL PARKING LOT right out our window. (on the first floor.) If you enjoy fear based adrenaline rushes, frat house dares, cigarette burns in... More
