This lovely Queen Anne is not to be missed! I was traveling with a friend and we were flying out of Manchester the next morning after our stay. Everything was impeccable! Margit and Robert have thought of every little detail to make one's stay perfect! Room 206 worked out great for us, as we utilized the daybed for the second... More

Hi, Thanks for the wonderful feedback. We are glad that we were able to make your last day in NH enjoyable. Being close to the airport certainly makes us a viable option for early flights out of MHT, and who doesn't enjoy a cooked to order omelette on a getaway day? The house is lovely and the rooms are wonderfully appointed. Our room had such delightful details-- a turret nook with a writing desk and stained glass windows, a lovely antique armoire. But best of all were the hosts-- Margit and Rob were so warm and welcoming. Breakfasts were delicious, generous, and relaxing. We stay in B&Bs fairly often, and this... More

My friend and I stayed one night. We loved it! The house was beautiful, warm and welcoming. It snow, which was unexpected but the inn keepers told us about the museum and gave us free tickets. In the morning breakfast was fantastic!!

The Ash Street Inn was our first stop on our New England road trip and boy did it set the bar high. We checked in after a long day of travel and Rob gave us a quick tour, advised us on local restaurants, and left us to get settled in. The room was amazing (it reminded me of the house... More

Came in to check out Manchester for a weekend and relax. Rob & Margit were great hosts. Nice & quiet, we were able to sleep in. Breakfast was wonderful. Flowers & wine in the room were perfect. Very clean & quaint rooms. We had #205 with the fireplace and it was roomy & warm. Bed & sheets did not have... More

We have stayed in dozens of B&Bs -- from California to Alaska to the Midwest to Nantucket, and other New England locations. The Ash Street Inn was indisputably the best. The inn and its furnishings were gorgeous and graceful, the history of the structure was fascinating, the owners were very warm and generous, the breakfasts were exceptional, and every little... My husband and I came to stay for the weekend on a very cold valentines! We were greeted with the warm smells of freshly baked muffins and the smiles of our innkeepers Rob and Margit. We felt instantly at home. The house is beautiful but warm and comfortable. You can see yourself reading a book by the fire in the... More

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. Who knew it was going to be record setting cold? The cooked to order breakfast is something we take pride in as we found that this was one of the things we enjoyed so much when we traveled to B&B's. It also allows us to be flexible guest's dietary needs. We hope... More

Ash Street Inn is lovely. The innkeepers are delightful and could not be more accommodating. They made special breakfast and snack foods for our dietary needs (one vegan and one nut allergy), had amazing food and created a friendly environment. The inn was immaculate and comfortable. It is in a great location, close to many restaurants. Despite the frigid temperatures... More

Oh, I love this property! I've stayed there twice now, when visiting family in the area, and it is truly special. I prefer higher-end hotels, and there is very little in the way of luxury in the Manchester area, but Ash Street does not disappoint. The rooms are beautiful and well-appointed with modern amenities (USB ports, flat screen tv), and... More

We stayed here for 5 nights the week of Christmas. I had high hopes, based on reviews, but was still pleasantly surprised how wonderful our stay truly was.
