I have been going to King Pine and Purity Spring Resort for almost 20 years. I went as a child with my family and now as an adult with my husband and small children. There is no other resort that tops this place in my opinion. They are so accommodating and friendly. You can tell the minute you check in... More

We stayed at Purity Springs with our two kids (6 and 8) in August. It was a welcome 3-night stop in a long road trip and we had a fantastic time. We stayed in the Hillside Cottage which had two large bedrooms (one with two singles and the other with a queen). The decor was very fresh and clean, there... More

We were riding our motorcycle from the Portland, Maine area into the White Mountains not long ago when we were the victims of a sharp piece of metal in the road. Piercing the rear tire of our bike, it left us immobile in the best place possible; the Purity Spring Resort! Relying on the kindness of strangers, the resort staff... More

We have visited Purity Spring Resort a number of times for Ballroom Dance weekends. The dance venue is great with many repeat dancers. The accommodations are okay, clean and convenient to everything the resort has to offer. The restaurant food is very good, though service can be a little slow when their is a large group. Can't say enough good... More

Just back from a lobster feast on a small island in the lake. Finishing a 2 night stay that I wish had been longer. The staff has been consistently great: friendly, efficient and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. My primary interest is natural history. There are great trails on the grounds and the surrounding area is... More

My husband and I visited with our daughter, her husband and child. I was excited to spend time with the next generation at a favorite place where we had built great memories. It had been almost 17 years since our last visit. There were many things to be happy about. First of all, the grounds of the resort are all... More

Another great week at PSR. My son went waterskiing four times and we spent endless hours enjoying the lake and activities. Besides the beautiful surroundings, clean and comfortable facilities, and special events, what really impresses us are the PEOPLE! From the terrific folks at the front desk, to housekeeping, maintenance, recreation staff, Mill staff, kitchen, and restaurant, these folks excel... More

Our friends raved about two trips to purity spring that they took with their toddlers and how family friendly it was. The decor was a bit dated, but we knew what to expect. The lake beaches and kayaking as well as the rest of the facilities was well worth it! Our son and goddaughter ages 3 and 8 had never... More

I stayed at PS for a week with my wife and three young kids. It seemed we were the only rookies there. Everyone else was back for their 3rd to 10th year. The week was filled with lots to do, swimming, water skiing, indoor rock climbing, archery, river trips, etc...This was what we came for, and the lake of course... More
