Enjoy rustic and eco-friendly cabins (with kitchens) on 120 acres with waterfront on a beautiful lake. We're a wonderful place for a family reunion, family camp or a simple quiet vacation, with an emphasis on family fun, peace and relaxation. Extended stays minimize the number of guests passing through the site. And if you need more space (another bedroom, or a quiet place to work), we can pair your cabin with one of our non-kitchen cabins at a nominal charge. Take advantage of the facilities: * Cabins have kitchen and outdoor grill, with fireplace and screened porch. * All cabins have either a full bath with bathtub or shower. * Swim, Kayak, Canoe, and Fish on our crystal clear lake. * Clay tennis courts and hiking trails on the property * Excellent local restaurants offer take-out service; zero-contact pick-up from local stores * Internet access in and around the main Lodge and barn We hope to see you soon! Loch Lyme Lodge offered so many fun ways for my family to enjoy a week long summer vacation in New Hampshire. When it was cool we enjoyed berry picking, wooded trails, star gazing, and the playground. In the heat of the day the waterfront offered wonderful swimming, beach play, boating and lounging in the company of loons, frogs, turtles and fish. On rainy afternoons, we loved the shelter of the barn. Covid -19 policies were thoughtful and it felt very safe for social distancing. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We had our wedding here in June and it was a dream! Jay and Amy are so helpful and accommodating, the grounds are beautiful and the cabins cozy. Our families had a wonderful time hanging out, swimming, and exploring. The experience Jay & Amy have as wedding venue hosts made the unavoidable stresses that go along with weddings that much lighter! We even had a bonfire both nights that was well attended by the younger crowd. We heartily recommend LLL as a special and unique spot for your wedding.

Over the years we have stayed in various cabins at this delightful getaway spot in Lyme, NH. There are many options on the lake (row boats, canoes, kayaks etc.) that are all free and available for the borrowing for as long or as short as desired. The plentiful picnic tables and comfy Adirondack chairs allow for relaxing while enjoying the lake view – Frozen Margarita anyone??? Once we discovered their restaurant we opt to dine there for almost every meal. My definition of a vacation is to relax and be waited on! The wait staff come from all over the world and make each visit unique and educational. The food is fresh, delicious and varies over the week. Chef’s soups are not to be missed! While I have my favorites I have never been disappointed. They have a BYOB policy that enables us to relax and unwind (if needed) and yet keep the cost down. Oh, yeah – and don’t forget to save room for the home made dessert. This year my favorite was the strawberry crepe. I overheard that the crew had gone to a local farm that morning to get them so that made that night’s dessert decision easy! If you enjoy a rustic, family friendly vacation you can do no better than Loch Lyme Lodge. Innkeepers Amy and Jay are as sweet and accommodating as can be and I am confident they will take good care of you and yours – just as they have me and mine!

This was our fourth trip to Loch Lyme Lodge and I hope to go back year after year. Wek bring the kids and the dog, get our own cabin and wake up every morning to wonderful breakfasts. WiFi is available at the lodge, but does not reach to the cabins, which makes for some great downtime. The cabins also do not have TVs or phones, so you can really unplug. The lodge provides bicycles and helmets for those who want to cycle through the White Mountains and canoes and kayaks for those who want to paddle on the lake. Jay and Amy have become friends who we look forward to seeing every year. And you will want to make sure your stay includes Sunday night for the buffet with live music and a juggler to keep the kids busy.

We couldn’t have asked for a more prefect venue to have our wedding than Loch Lyme Lodge. Working with the innkeepers, Jay & Amy, along with their chef, Janet made our lives simply calm. Weddings at at the lodge are normally held before or after their summer season, but since our morning wedding was so small they agreed to having a July wedding. We rented 6 cabins and had the ceremony right outside of our cabin, Knollwood, which was on the hill overlooking Post Pond. With our 30 chairs, a decorated arbor and THAT view we could not have asked for more. The innkeepers even gave us the name of a local minister, William Waste, who we hired after our first meeting. He was as relaxed and chill as the venue! They also recommended a place where we could pick our own flowers for all the bouquets! The innkeepers also offered us the North Porch in the lodge, which is just a long enclosed porch that’s bright and cheery to host our small affair. It was so relaxing and oh so quaint! We also ordered a tent to be set up down by the lodge and barn for Friday night’s dress rehearsal pizza party and used it again for Saturday night for a cookout. Jay and Amy made sure we had a few of the lodge’s picnic tables and let us borrow a grill. They couldn’t have been any more accommodating. Jay and Amy are both knowledgeable and approachable. They can help you find furniture and equipment to rent, bakers, flowers, whatever you need if they can’t do it themselves, they can steer you in the right direction. If you are looking for a perfect place to have your special event, you just found it!
