From the moment we entered the lobby and were greeted with a big smile by the young man at the front desk we felt welcome here. Every interaction we had with him and the folks taking care of the excellent breakfast area couldn't have been more pleasant. I'd read a review that said the people were scowling...not true for us! I didn't witness any scowling from ANY of the hotel staff. The beds were very comfortable and everywhere was clean and there was no reason not to give this place two thumbs up! I'd give it more, but I only have two :D

We stayed only one night and were very pleased! The hotel looks newer and the room was spacious and spotless. In addition. all of the staff were wonderful. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options and the staff kept everything clean and well-stocked. We will definitely choose this hotel for future visits!

We recently stayed Thursday to Sunday and had a wonderful stay! Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff was cordial and great at keeping the entire property spotless. Can't say enough about the included hot breakfast options. They even have an automated pancake machine that very yummy. Highly recommend this place if staying in Lincoln

My friends and I chose this IHG property for our 2 night trip to N.H. Perfect spot for sightseeing. Comfortable clean room, comfortable beds and linens. Very clean. Front desk staff were all amazingly friendly and efficient. Complimentary breakfast both mornings was wonderful. Many selections. All staff refilling the breakfast items and cleaning up were also very friendly and professional. Check in and out procedures very easy. We even used the pool both nights which was clean and had plenty of towels on hand.

This hotel is in a great location, sort of away from the crowds but still easy to get to. Our room and bathroom were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and the staff kept the tables clean.

This hotel is a perfect base to do some walks and hiking in the White Mountains, NH. The hotel is located in a quiet and secure area (back street) of a town of Lincoln, it has a free parking and very well equipped rooms. The hotel is very well maintained and rooms and common areas are clean. We have enjoyed hot breakfasts with many choices and hot beverages offered 24h (specially hot chocolate). The management and staff put their heart into running this hotel: we have enjoyed small origami butterflies placed in breakfast area and made by the receptionist, another receptionist Oscar provided us excellent hiking suggestions, the Manager Amir helped us with reversing a CC transaction, staff working in the kitchen and cleaning hotel rooms was working very hard to provide excellent services. To sum up, the hotel has a great and efficient team which made our stay easy and very relaxing. Thank You! …

Excellent hotel. Very clean and spacious room. Great to actually have daily housekeeping again! Pleasantly surprised to have room made up when we came back from breakfast. Very good breakfast selection including several hot items. Nice having a Keurig in the room.

The best holiday inn we ever stayed at - and we stay at a LOT of hotels. The staff was incredibly friendly especially Kate and Alessandro on check in. The room was fabulous with a fireplace and hot tub. Breakfast was far above the normal holiday inn express standard. There was a pool and hot tub which we didn’t try. There are laundry facilities. Just overall amazing place.

We stayed one night and have zero complaints. Service was excellent, the place was clean, and breakfast was included (although we just trapped muffins and bananas on our way to golf). We received a non-requested upgrade to a suite which we really appreciated. The suite was clean, well ventilated, cool, and had all the toiletries we needed. Shower water pressure and temperature were perfect. Would definitely stay here again if driving through.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Express. Oscar and Erin were very welcoming. Room was clean and spacious but could use updates in the Shower area. Every staff person we met was very pleasant and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was great too! Its location is great as you can walk to all the stores nearby. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Lincoln, NH.
