My wife and I stayed here from October 1 to October 4. We initially stayed in Cabin #7, which was very spacious and had a well-stocked kitchen. On our 3rd night there we stayed in Cabin 0, which was smaller but had recently been updated. We actually liked that one even more as it was big enough for the two of us. Lynne, the owner/operator of the cabins, was very warm and friendly and very accomodating during our visit. She responded quickly and cheerfully to a couple of small issues we had experienced during our short stay. In summary, we highly recommend this motel as it is literally right on route 3, and close to route 93 and many local attractions.
Loved our Cabin. Porch was overlooking the Pemigewasset river. Rocks were placed in a circle to form a sort of hot tub area. We all used the tubes as well. Had s'mores each evening after our adventures.Rooms were clean, neat and had all we needed.Host Lynn was very helpful.
We are checking out today from our one night stay in Cabin 5. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. Check in was super easy and was ready before check in time. I was so thankful and grateful this cabin had so much to offer. Lynne had the comforts of home in this cabin...down to paper plates, forks, spoons, playing cards, brochures, extra blankets, ketchup and mustard in the fridge! Lol, thick curtains on all the windows to block light, and even though we packed our box fan cause we can’t sleep without the white noise there was already one in the cabin! I’m floored how much she cares about her guests! There is even a aloe plant on the porch <3 Flat screen tv is provided (we couldn’t figure out how to turn down volume lol), a couch, was patio chairs, picnic table, the porch does in fact have a large table that we spent our evening playing cards and eating dinner from the local gordis. Without a doubt will be staying again, and soon, thank you for providing such a wonderful cabin to stay in. I’ve had a bad experience with the neighboring cabins so this was refreshing! See you soon! Thank you!!! <3…
These cabins are cute from the outside and completely renovated on the inside! Enjoy the Pemi River behind the cabin and have it lull you to sleep at night. These cabins are walking distance to restaurants and entertainment for the kids. Comfy beds and decor along with a refrigerator and breakfast nook. There is even a grill out front and tools and lighter fluid provided. The prices are great and the host Lynn is always accommodating. A must return place to stay. Recommend for families and couples
Such an amazing experience from the time we booked to when we checked out. The owner Lynne is quick to respond and even upgraded our room because she had extra availability that weekend. We were able to also stay later than the checkout time too. The cabins are adorable and have everything you need to enjoy a stay in the mountains. There was plenty of heat and a working wood burning fireplace. Wood is available from Lynne for just $5. We will definitely be staying again.
