The Woodward resort in Lincoln New Hampshire is breath taking. It was so peaceful and even for the free continental breakfast they go above and beyond to make you feel safe. Ms Twinkle was awesome we told her we were going to arrive early because we were riding with a group and they stayed at another resort. So Ms Twinkle told us it would not be a problem and they took care of us. If you want to go to a resort that is easy on your bank account but has the experience of a high price resort then Woodward resort is the place for you. And the two gentlemen that check us in and out were awesome also.

Most of the hotels in Lincoln, NH are either not cheap or don't appear to be nice. We stayed at the Woodwards Resort, which was a nice hotel at a nice price. The hotel has a great view of the White Mountains. The hotel's area is very nice as well, with a lot of things to experience, including a duck/trout pond, a tennis court, an indoor pool, a game room with air hockey, a pool table, and arcade games. The team at the front desk was very nice. The room was clean, but could use a little TLC. For instance, some of the wall paper was starting to peel. The room had 2 sinks, one in the bathroom and one outside of the bathroom which is very helpful. The breakfast had the basics. However, the dining area was spacious and had a good view of the duck pond. We would stay at this hotel again.

Reasonable and available over NH vacation week. The whole place seemed empty. Our room was updated but smelled musty like no one had stayed there in a while. The heat was not working initially and the room was cold for a while until we figured it out.

Thank you for staying with us Jennifer. We are a large property spread out over 5 acres and this allows us to spread our guests out to give them all a little space. We are sorry that the heat took a moment to get working, we are an older facility and still use the wall thermostats to control it. We are renovating currently and will have brand new HVAC units in all the rooms to assure the guest rooms are at the desired temperature right when they walk in. We are glad you found our price reasonable, and we are working hard to offer more than our competitors for the best price. If you're in the area again we hope you will stop by and see the improvements we have made.

We booked the Woodward resort for one night during school vacation. The room was a good size with two queen beds. It suited our purpose to have a clean cozy place to sleep at the end of the day. The staff were very cordial, when the room took forever to warm up (it was a very cold day) they brought us an electrical heater with no additional charge. Breakfast was not bad, they had waffles mix that you could use to make the waffle fresh. Overall I liked the place, it was comfortable and clean

Booked at the last minute because it was one of the few with vacancy. Lots of mold and hair around the bathtub. Our daughter found a wad of toilet paper behind her pillow... The air conditioner is absolutely caked with mold ( we didn't use it as it's February but BEWARE!) Sheets did not look like they had been changed. I could go on but take my advice and move along to the next hotel you find....
