Wow the Kinsman Room slope-side. What a view! Booked 7 weekends at The Mountain Club and no glitches whatsoever. Food was delicious at The Black Diamond restaurant. Try the veal osso bucco. Staff very friendly and helpful. Kudos to Ed Gaiero who runs the front desk efficiently and with a smile on his face. Ed goes out of his way to ensure the operation runs smoothly! We’ll be back soon!

Finally had a chance to combine skiing with a little romance at my favorite slope side retreat! Started our day with a drive through Franconia Notch through a suprise squall. The snow squall set the tone for a great day of skiing. Meanwhile my partner enjoyed all the amenities. She can’t wait until our next visit in April. Thank you everyone at Mountain Club at Loon!

We used to love this property. But now, It has been worn out with uncomfortable furniture and stains on ceilings, badly needs updating. We did not receive clean towels daily. I had to go looking for the housekeeping cart. The final straw was we had no hot water for showers. No one answered the phone when I called for assistance.

Such a nice place with fantastic views from the mountains, skiers, ski lifts & Gondola all in one view! Yes a bit outdated & breakfast could be better. (pancakes & cheese eggs need some adjusting) but this place is certainly worth the stay. Use your massage credit & let JOSIAH work his magic! Best massage yet! Don’t hesitate and book the trip. Especially if you’re a skier ⛷️ Can’t wait to go back!

We spent a long weekend in Lincoln and stayed at The Mountain Club at Loon. We had a great stay despite all the rain. The pool and spa were great and I even went into the hot tub in the rain! The staff were all wonderful. Highly recommend!

Had not been to the Mountain club in some years. Was a go to earlier in my life when I was able to downhill ski prior to a knee replacement. Thought I could take a trip in late fall to enjoy some of the late foliage and enjoy a stay here. Unfortunatlly an unexpected crowd of people due to 4 or 5 bus groups caused a takeover of the food service and clearly the staff had difficulty handling the crowd. Miscommunication between front desk and bar . No food available from noon till 5pm with no advanced notice. Decided to eat off site which was not my plan when I chose to stay here.... Hotel was tired and not as nice as remembered. Would elsewhere next time for a stay in the region

This place looks lovely from outside. The inside is dated, which I don’t mind because I like retro. What wasn’t so hot was the freezer that can’t freeze water when I tried to make my own ice-and I let the water in there overnight. The thermostat doesn’t actually let you change the temperature. The shower was lukewarm at best. The balcony has a nice view but the floor is mushy and should be replaced before someone goes through it. Our room had 2 fold out beds. This is great for me as I like sleeping on a sofa. My 76 year old mother is in agony and will be for the rest of the trip. The others on the trip are saying they have Murphy or sofa beds as well, so no point trying for another room. The room is definitely big enough that one of these beds could be a real bed. The fridge is apartment sized so if it worked that would be excellent. There is also a stove and microwave as well. I didn’t try them so I can’t speak to that. There’s a kitchen sink which is nice because you can wash your face while your travel partner is in the teensy bathroom. All in all this is great if you’re a 20 something who hasn’t been to nice resorts and who is young enough to be able to sleep anywhere. If you’re over 30….give it a pass. I’m sure that some can even be convinced that lukewarm showers are good for the environment. But for half the price you can get a place elsewhere that has a mini suite and working freezer and hot water. The view here is lovely from the balcony, so if you are a fan of a good view then you will probably have one. I don’t sit in my room long enough to worry with the views. This place has a lot of potential, and I’m sure in the 1980s it was fabulous. I understand that some of this is a time share. If I were a time share owner I would be livid at the state of things like mushy balcony floors and freezers that don’t freeze. The rooms are clean, so they do meet the bare minimum requirements for that. The staff have also been friendly and helpful. I just don’t feel the cost of the room is justified by the quality.

Requested quiet room for our anniversary and we were given one over the front office and parking lot out front. Lots of car doors slamming at 7AM. Also breakfast was included but horrible and could not eat it. Did not use our 2nd voucher for free breakfast the next day. Food in dining room was excellent.

We stayed here through Blue Green vacation. The location is beautiful. The room we stayed in was so outdated it just didn't seem clean. If they would just update the rooms this place would be 5 stars. The ac was very dirty they really should clean the filter. The counter and stove buttons were dirty when we arrived. Also they had no internet for a little which I know is not their fault. The hair dryer handle was sticky no matter how many times I tried to wipe it down. There was no body wash just two shampoos.
