We just checked in for a long weekend. Wow! Who is managing this place? Three night minimum and $2000 for a unit that is trashed. Freezer door is off the hinges. Wall rack for jackets is out of the drywall and not usable. Unit was dirty. Items from prior guest in the freezer. There’s a quarter bottle of dish soap for us to use. Very disappointing. It used to be so much better here.

The Mountain Club really knows what’s up. From check in to check out, they’re a well-oiled machine and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The suites are spacious and ours offered a great view of the slopes. The suites were very tidy and super clean. The Mountain Club team is exceptional. We conversed with many folks working there and everyone is so kind and attentive. Ed at the front desk is a memorable guy who remembers your name and always makes sure you’re satisfied. The staff in the pub were super. The food and service were excellent. The SPA - completely worth every dime and more. Looking forward to a January 2022 visit!

My husband and I stayed here a couple week ago for a quick weekend getaway without the kids. Terrible experience from start to finish. The hotel is dated and nothing special. I’ve stayed in nicer Courtyards and Hampton Inns for half the price. Our bathroom was dirty and had blood running down the toilet. Not sure how you miss that during “cleaning”. Called down to the front desk who sent maintenance up to reclean and when they were done, they insisted it was not blood but backsplash from the toilet, as if that’s any better. After that, we made our way down to the pub where we had crappy service and a mediocre dinner. Well, mediocre apps. Our dinner never actually came out. After an hour and a half, we cancelled our dinner order and went back to our room and called it a night. The next day was uneventful but the next evening was extremely loud and obnoxious. The hotel was barely at 40% capacity and the front decided to put a family in the room right next to us, who had no concern for observing the hotel’s quiet hours. The setup of the hotel is a hallway with doors on each side and then 2 rooms inside each door. We did not realize this before booking. After calling down the the desk a few times to complain, we asked to be moved. The person at the front desk was very apologetic and came up to personally give us they keys to our new room at around midnight, as the party next door continued. He stated that unfortunately there was nothing they could do to ensure the quiet hours because the hotel does not have security. He offered to let us checkout at any time we wanted and was very courteous and professional. That was much appreciated. He stated that due to our inconvenience his manager would be reaching out to us to offer us a free room to use sometime in the next year. That never happened, which is entirely fine with us because we will never return to this hotel, even if they offer it for free. Stay anywhere else.

The front desk check in, restaurants and housekeeping staff were super nice and friendly. When we arrived we had to wait only to find out that our reservations had been cancelled (we were here on a promotional for Blue Green Owners). We went to the Pub to order food and they were setting up for a bridal party so they were more attentive to them than their other customers. It took a minute for someone to recognize us to be seated. The food was okay. There was some confusion surrounding meal vouchers, when they could be used. When using them for breakfast, both parties needed to be present (it would be nice if they had more vegetarian options available. The tip was include, it would have been nice if the server would have mentioned that (she was over tipped). We had a studio room which was kinda of nice (it included 2 separate full size pull down beds). It also had a kitchen. The resort is in an amazing spot and the views are stunning both day and night. A little concerning some staff wore mask while others didn't.
