We stayed there for one night. The room was large, clean and it had a large tv and electric fireplace. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. Beautiful grounds. Did not get to enjoy the outside pool and hot tub. Hope to go back in the future.

I have held off doing this review in hopes that a manager would try to contact me to apologize for their employee embarrassing me in front of other employees, my daughter and other guests. After a week it’s clear that is not going to happen. Check-in on the 23rd was great. The girl did a great job of explaining where the amenities were, where our room was and the restaurant and gift shop policies. Our room was 109. The appliances, fireplace, mini fridge, coffee maker and tv, were all new and worked great. The beds were a little uncomfortable but not bad. The pillows were good. The bathroom had water stains on the ceiling tiles and one was sagging. There were also a few ants in the closet area. Overall the room was okay. In the arcade the change machine was broken and quite a few of the machines were also. The indoor pool was very clean and so was the indoor hot tub. There was no one enforcing the reservation requirement for the hot tub so each time someone with a reservation came over and asked the people in it to get out it was very awkward and not everyone leaving the hot tub was friendly. The ceiling above the indoor pool was missing tiles and had water stains and didn't look good. The area around the pool was very clean and so were the changing rooms. The outdoor pool, hot tub and area around the pool were also very clean. The outdoor pool was very warm and we were able to swim in it while it was snowing. We stopped at the gift store and the woman in there was very nice and pointed us in the direction of what we were looking for. We went to the restaurant for dinner on the 23rd and it was not great. First we stood around for nearly 5 minutes waiting for someone to help us. The guy behind the bar ignored us until another guest told him we were standing there. In the seating area you were allowed to sit wherever you wanted, meaning no spacing between guests or tables. My daughter ordered the cheese quesadilla from the kids menu and it came with peppers and mushrooms in it which was not listed on the menu and she doesn’t eat those. I ordered a burger and it was ok. Overall not a great experience. The next morning we tried to go to the restaurant for breakfast but it was closed so went up to the front desk and asked about it. The woman on the left explained that your servers never showed up and was rudely interrupted by the woman with the dark hair on the right. I sighed and said "okay, lesson learned about staying here" and we went off to use the pool. As we're walking down the hallway, not yet to the stairs to go down, the woman with the dark hair yells down the hallway "are you even staying here? you can't be here if you're not. you can't use the pool". There were other guests walking by and other employees that saw her and heard her. I was mortified and my daughter was also upset. I showed her my green bracelet to show her we were staying there and we weren't checking out until 11. She apparently misheard what I said and took it upon herself to be as rude as possible. She kept going in front of the other guests and employees and I eventually walked away with my daughter because she was not stopping. I have never been so embarrassed or attacked anywhere else in my life. She refused to apologize. When I was checking out I dropped the room key on the counter and she muttered something but I couldn’t hear it. I did let her know that I was going to contact the state about the dining room COVID-19 issues. I understand that this is an extremely difficult time for everyone but that does not give her any right to attack us like that. Overall you have a great resort but based on the horrible employees literally harassing me and then no apology we will likely not be back as long as she is employed with you and I have been and will continue to tell anyone I can to avoid her and the resort.

We booked 3 rooms in this resort. To make story short, we are in room 107, 108 and 109. These 3 rooms shared the same circuit breakers. So yes, we lost power and all 3 rooms did not have power. We called maintenance, they reset the breakers, but after calling them like hour after hour just got boring. So we decided to suck it up. It was freezing at night due to no power, we were there January 22-24, 2021.

I never write reviews but I feel I have to and want to for this place. I cannot say enough nice things about Indian head resort! I’ve stayed here several times and always had a fantastic experience however my most recent visit was the best. I unfortunately left my brand new AirPods in the room. Once I arrived home several hours away I realized what I did. I called the next day and asked them if they had found them. I left my info and hoped for the best but wasn’t holding my breath thinking they were gone forever. Whoever found them could have easily kept them. However they called back within a few days saying they had them and they mailed them to me the next day. Even though I love it there if they hadn’t returned them to me I would’ve had a hard time going back without being resentful so I was very happy they returned them. I am once again very impressed and definitely will be back! Thank you so much to the staff for your honesty and professionalism!
