We stay here often, but this was our first time since Covid. We were unable to check into our room until 4:40 p.m., which we found very inconvenient. The layout of the unit we had was perfect, two bedrooms and a loft that had two sleeping areas. The unit is quite dated. Old formica counters that have seen better days, and everything in the unit is old, cheap and dated. The coffee maker was the cheapest one I have ever seen. We could barely get the filter door to stay closed. My biggest complaint was with the TV. It is not a smart TV, and the only thing it was good for was cable TV with commercials. That would have been okay if you could plug in HDMI or USB so we could access our own streaming, but those ports did not exist. When you go to the pool, you have to bring towels from your unit. Pre-covid, they were available at the pool. You used them there and return them there. Now you have to exchange them in at the front desk which is not as convenient. The staff was very nice. …

We loved our spacious unit! We are a family of five with a ton of ski gear. Our unit was large enough to give everyone space and had great nooks to store our ski gear. With one teen, a tween, and a 7 year old we need at least a two two bedroom unit. This unit also had a loft with two beds. The beds were comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feed your family.

We stayed here after skiing other resorts in main and using expensive slope side hotels. We enjoyed way better accomdations here with fully stocked kitchen for a considerably cheaper cost. This allowed us to buy our own groceries and prepare our own meals which helped keep the costs down significantly. The multiple pools and hot tubs, sauna and games centers were great. Short drive to Loon Mtn or the ski town of Lincoln. Easy friendly check in and check out process. My only complaint the pools close at 7pm midwee, should be later. Will be back!

It’s conveniently located across the street from Loon Mountain. We had a two bedroom loft which slept three of us very comfortably in our own beds and could have easily slept 3 more. It’s not a high end resort, but rather a clean, functional hotel for skiing and outdoor activities. The staff was super nice and helpful.

Comfortable and very, very clean. Surprised at how well they managed to get 6 beds into this unit. Area very quiet. Good service, helpful and polite. Nothing fancy but more than adequate and lots of onsite amenities.

We asked for and we’re given a room close to the elevator as we have a wheelchair. Quiet area. Helpful staff. I would recommend supplying at least one coffee packet per day of the stay.we really enjoyed the gas fireplace

Everyone at the resort was wonderful. Both Ryan V. and Rowan W. were outstanding in trying to make sure we had a terrific vacation, and we did. Ryan explained the beautiful property back in January 2022 when we booked the timeshare. He was very helpful and friendly every time we called or went into the office area. Rowan was as delightful in every way. They both made our vacation.

Good-size units with the well-equipped kitchen. Location is great for all seasons - easy access from I-93 and lots to do in the area. Kid's playground appeared well equipped and maintained. Kancamaugus highway and the area offer huge variety of nature exploration activities.
