We were visiting Santa’s Village had looked for a place that could fit our family without renting 2 hotel rooms. We found that at Cabot. However when we checked in, the desk clerk was not wearing a mask, despite signs in the doors requiring them of patrons. The room felt very dirty and we cleaned a lot of dirt off door handles/light switches, door jams, etc. The toilet was continuously running. The bathroom was not very clean and there was rust all over the heater in the bathroom. The toilet didn’t even have a lid. This was not what I expected for $375 for one night for the room!

Despite this being a suite, and one of the most expensive rooms—we had a view of the roof. Only one window in the entire hotel room. We did not agree to no housekeeping but after leaving at 9am and returning mid-afternoon our room had never been attended to.

The walls were paper thin and despite the “quiet hours” of 9pm-9am we were woken up when the guests through the wall from us came home as it sounded like they were in our room and that our own children were up. The one elevator car for the hotel had a very strange smell.

The included continental breakfast had stale pastries and the waffles had a weird aftertaste.

We decided to go home early and skip the 2nd night after being grossed out and disappointed in our stay. We will look elsewhere when staying in the area as this is VERY overpriced for what we received. We will not be returning.

We stayed here one night in late September. I was tired and had to get off the road. We were fortunate that we "got the last room" Interesting though that about an hour later, someone came in and asked about a room. They got one cheaper than we did. That did not settle well with me.
Our room was on the 1st floor which was across from the laundry room. The room was nothing special. Two full/queen beds, adequate furnishings in good shape. Room lighting even with four or five lamps on was dim. The room was "clean" It passed my clean test. the bathroom ceiling had bad water damage. The beds were adequate. The mattresses were encased in a cover. That was a good thing. It was obvious that the hotel was a pretty nice hotel. The owner was trying to maintain it in nice condition and doing repairs in house. I liked the card key room locks. The continental breakfast was much better than I expected. I thanked the manager for the nice breakfast. I would recommend that the sausage be placed on a rack inside the tray. At least on a piece (s) of bread to soak up the grease. Other than that breakfast was very good. Check out time was 11 am. Plenty of parking in front and in back of the hotel. I would consider staying here if needed again. For a private name hotel/motel in this area, This may be the better choice. The cost of our room on a Friday night in a semi peak season was $211.
I did ask for a AAA discount. I don't think I got it though.

Checked into a non-smoking double Queen room. Room smelled like a complete ass, whoops, ash tray. Stains all over both beds and the chair was completely disgusting. Asked to be switched snd no rooms available unless we wanted to go across the street to their other building. Went across Highway…. Beds were full instead of queen, seemed to be a piece of human waste on the wall of bathroom, pillows the sizes of a throw pillow. Decided to skip breakfast for fear of botulism. NOT A $160 room at all. Only thing that saved it from being a 1 star was the staff was decent.

We visited Santa’s village and needed a close place to stay. Found this inn & suites. The place is Very outdated. The room smelled like someone was smoking in it. Bathroom and room felt dirty. Needs major updating and fixing up to do. This place gave me the creeps towards night time. Our car was the only vehicle parked in the front. Woke up at 2:30am to NO LIE what sounded like a zombie outside! Strangest and creepiest noise I’ve heard by far in my entire life!! Does New Hampshire get that often???? Scared the crap outta me and couldn’t sleep at all. The place felt eerie and creepy. Next morning had their “breakfast”. First bagel I picked up was molded 🤮. Checked outta there and will never never never go back. LOOK ELSE WHERE. Im also trying to research what the hell I heard outside that night. So far I can’t find anything close to what I heard.

This was another charming hotel on our trip. Lancaster is a small town and beautiful with mountain views. If you stay at this hotel, ask for a mountain view room. They had breakfast from 6 to 9am and had all the usual eggs, sausage, assortment of patries/breads etc.
This night we had pizza delivered from Lancaster House of Pizza and it was very good.

Cabot Inn and Suites is a great value for the price! Very clean hotel and continental breakfast was great (opened at 6:30 am). Room size was very good. Coffee in lobby was fresh and very good (I’ve been at more expensive hotels with poor lobby coffee). Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of parking.

For starters I'll say I have never been one to leave a review or complain about anything! We went there this past weekend for a wedding. The bride had picked three hotels easy to get to her venue. This was one of them. Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was how outdated the place is inside. It had an awful smell inside and Christmas decor still up. The rugs inside were dirty, and I was just excited to get to our room and was hoping it would be much better than the lobby. Well.... That's not at all what happened. Got room 203, and We only had 2 hours to get ready for the wedding after driving 4 hours so complaining right then was not possible. I wasn't going to let this ruin the night for the bride to be! Our room was disgusting! The bathroom had mold all over the ceiling, the toilet was Grose, the bar in the shower was broken and missing and mold was in the spots it was supposed to be. The drain plug was missing and that was filled with sludge and hair. The carpet hadn't been vaccumed at all! The room decor itself was also very outdated, but that was not my concern at all. For paying over $300 I would at least expect my room to be mold free and Clean!!!! I emailed the management and have still not heard back. Place was awful and if I didn't have the wedding I would have left right away! We got ready, went to the wedding and woke up at 7am and left! I was not showering there or anything! I have pictures for proof of how disgusting this place was. Also heard from the rest of the wedding guests there, it seemed to be a common thing in allot of rooms! Place needs some Major tlc inside, and for board of health to go there asap!

Very nice place to stay, friendly staff, clean comfortable lobby with couches and a tv, quick check in. Nice, quiet room with large beds, we had a nice table for 2 in the room along with a refrigerator, coffee maker and an assortment of coffee and tea, a computer desk, beautiful views outside. Full breakfast with cereal, juice, yogurt, pancakes, waffles, pastries, coffee. There is a game room with video games, a nice pool and huge fitness center. There is a lounge/bar and restaurant attached to the Hotel. It's not in the middle of town but just far enough to be relaxing.
We will definitely go back there!

Lancaster is tiny so you don't have lots of choices. Luckily Cabot has big, clean rooms. Interior entry so relatively safe. Heated pool so kids can burn some calories. TV was new. The place is outside of Lancaster. The views are nice. Getting to food establishments isn't too hard.

I will stay here again. The rooms were very clean and cozy. The first night we stayed it got dow. To -8. We had no idea it got that cold because our room was so nice and warm! Our stay included breakfast which is a plus during this time of year.
The service was kind, polite, and helpful.
We did not use the pool or fitness gym so I cannot comment on that.
The only reason why I did 4 stars and not 5 is because of the tub.
I am pregnant and really wanted to take a bath but the handing bar to get in and out was removed. There was no drain stopper to use to take a bath. It was a bummer for me but other than that things here were fine!
$99 a night. I will come back

I don’t think the breakfast room is open 24/7 but there is coffee in the lobby always. I seem to remember a microwave near the coffee but I may be imagining that.
