Cabot Inn and Suites is a great value for the price! Very clean hotel and continental breakfast was great (opened at 6:30 am). Room size was very good. Coffee in lobby was fresh and very good (I’ve been at more expensive hotels with poor lobby coffee). Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of parking.
I will stay here again. The rooms were very clean and cozy. The first night we stayed it got dow. To -8. We had no idea it got that cold because our room was so nice and warm! Our stay included breakfast which is a plus during this time of year. The service was kind, polite, and helpful. We did not use the pool or fitness gym so I cannot comment on that. The only reason why I did 4 stars and not 5 is because of the tub. I am pregnant and really wanted to take a bath but the handing bar to get in and out was removed. There was no drain stopper to use to take a bath. It was a bummer for me but other than that things here were fine! $99 a night. I will come back
Very nice place to stay, friendly staff, clean comfortable lobby with couches and a tv, quick check in. Nice, quiet room with large beds, we had a nice table for 2 in the room along with a refrigerator, coffee maker and an assortment of coffee and tea, a computer desk, beautiful views outside. Full breakfast with cereal, juice, yogurt, pancakes, waffles, pastries, coffee. There is a game room with video games, a nice pool and huge fitness center. There is a lounge/bar and restaurant attached to the Hotel. It's not in the middle of town but just far enough to be relaxing. We will definitely go back there!
Checked into a non-smoking double Queen room. Room smelled like a complete ass, whoops, ash tray. Stains all over both beds and the chair was completely disgusting. Asked to be switched snd no rooms available unless we wanted to go across the street to their other building. Went across Highway…. Beds were full instead of queen, seemed to be a piece of human waste on the wall of bathroom, pillows the sizes of a throw pillow. Decided to skip breakfast for fear of botulism. NOT A $160 room at all. Only thing that saved it from being a 1 star was the staff was decent.
It’s a roof and a bed. Things were mostly in working order. I did not see any vermin. Amenities feature thin scratchy towels and cheap soap. Don’t expect good service. Unfortunately, it’s the only pet friendly option in Lancaster or I would stay elsewhere.
We visited Santa’s village and needed a close place to stay. Found this inn & suites. The place is Very outdated. The room smelled like someone was smoking in it. Bathroom and room felt dirty. Needs major updating and fixing up to do. This place gave me the creeps towards night time. Our car was the only vehicle parked in the front. Woke up at 2:30am to NO LIE what sounded like a zombie outside! Strangest and creepiest noise I’ve heard by far in my entire life!! Does New Hampshire get that often???? Scared the crap outta me and couldn’t sleep at all. The place felt eerie and creepy. Next morning had their “breakfast”. First bagel I picked up was molded 🤮. Checked outta there and will never never never go back. LOOK ELSE WHERE. Im also trying to research what the hell I heard outside that night. So far I can’t find anything close to what I heard.…
We were visiting Santa’s Village had looked for a place that could fit our family without renting 2 hotel rooms. We found that at Cabot. However when we checked in, the desk clerk was not wearing a mask, despite signs in the doors requiring them of patrons. The room felt very dirty and we cleaned a lot of dirt off door handles/light switches, door jams, etc. The toilet was continuously running. The bathroom was not very clean and there was rust all over the heater in the bathroom. The toilet didn’t even have a lid. This was not what I expected for $375 for one night for the room! Despite this being a suite, and one of the most expensive rooms—we had a view of the roof. Only one window in the entire hotel room. We did not agree to no housekeeping but after leaving at 9am and returning mid-afternoon our room had never been attended to. The walls were paper thin and despite the “quiet hours” of 9pm-9am we were woken up when the guests through the wall from us came home as it sounded like they were in our room and that our own children were up. The one elevator car for the hotel had a very strange smell. The included continental breakfast had stale pastries and the waffles had a weird aftertaste. We decided to go home early and skip the 2nd night after being grossed out and disappointed in our stay. We will look elsewhere when staying in the area as this is VERY overpriced for what we received. We will not be returning.…
Lancaster is tiny so you don't have lots of choices. Luckily Cabot has big, clean rooms. Interior entry so relatively safe. Heated pool so kids can burn some calories. TV was new. The place is outside of Lancaster. The views are nice. Getting to food establishments isn't too hard.
The room was Very clean, the breakfast was good, very reasonable prices, and fast service, the location is amazing, there is a gas station near by,pizza places to order your food, plenty of parking, and friendly stuff
We decided to take a spontaneous weekend trip in the middle of October to visit the mountains. Booked 1 hour before arrival, so the price was pretty high for one night. It was my boyfriend, our son and I, so we ended up with a double queen bed. The view was beautiful and peaceful and we enjoyed it very much. If we return to this area definitely will plan a head for a longer stay to enjoy the accommodates.
