Very sketchy place. Druggie/homeless looking groups hanging out in front and in the parking lot. Old fashioned metal keys that could easily be duplicated. Old clunky TV and furnishings. Smelled smoky. It gets one star because you have to give at least one, but the front desk woman was very friendly. We did not feel safe so we left.

An old fashion hotel with an actual key for room access. The mattresses were about as soft as cardboard, and the toilet handle had the unfortunate habit of staying depressed, defeating any water savings with their low flow technology. Breakfast consisted of pastries/toast/bagels and cereal, but the view was decent, he receptionist was very helpful and there was ample parking.

The room was clean and comfortable. The WIFI and the TV were great. The bed was the usual had as the floor motel bed but the linens were clean and comfortable. The staff was nice. We had a nice view from our hotel window of the river, it was beautiful at sunset. On the 5th floor it was nice and... More

I stayed for one night. It was very clean, just very outdated. I had a smoke free room, but I can tell there was a smoker in their previously. The tv was old an fuzzy. I would stay there again, but not for a "vacation".

Decided to book this hotel for one night for myself and my sister based on the reviews and the proximity to the local hospital where my dad was having surgery. Right off the bat when you enter you realize how dated this hotel is and in desperate need of rug shampooing. The elevators were dirty and just needed an update.... More

We spent four nights in a clean comfortable room comparable to the $80 hotels. That meets our requirements: clean and comfortable. The breakfast is what you might expect, basic food. We like the location, walk to Hector's for a decent meal, walk to the Holy Grail for some beer and sandwiches, walk to the Soda Shop for a breakfast. The... More

I was a little unsure about this hotel because of the price. We were there midweek and it was fairly quiet. I was pleasantly surprised when we got to the room. Overall it was a nice room. Maybe a little aged, the bedding, drapes, towels etc. but it was clean. The only think that stood out for us was that... More

I stayed overnight at the Landmark Inn after going to a concert at the VFW in downtown Laconia The inn was located within walking distance to the VFW. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend the Landmark Inn if you're looking for lodging in the downtown Laconia area.

The room was really dirty. I didn't even want to put the heater on, it was so loaded with dust. The top of the TV was sticky with drink rings and the carpet didn't look like it had been shampooed in years. The whole place was very rundown.

I only needed to stay for one night, so it served it's purpose. One of the floors is designated as smoking, so unfortunately the smell does permeate other hallways. But the room was clean and provided a good night's sleep. Staff was very friendly.
