There is truly no place more serene and higher quality in all the mountains, clean, quiet and well thought out. Amazing value for the dollar and kind owners. I have a career in hotels and I truly feel like this resort delivers more than high ranking Marriotts and my management company should take notes from the operations of this little inn. I'm officially never going to stay anywhere else in the White mountains. Fantastically large rooms, clean bathrooms and water pressure that will leave you breathless and never wanting to get out of the shower. This no - child resort was chosen to be a first getaway between me and a romantic partner for my birthday, and was able to be pivoted to the most relaxing girls get away possible. Breakfast is lovely, jelly rolls in the lobby, and mugs for purchase that are the highest quality. Indoor pool is a mid century dream. The best stay I've had in my life.

Stayed 2 days and we found the Inn to be very nice and definitely will come back. Still had some COVID protocols in place but the room and service were excellent. I love the Jackson area and you do not need to drive as there are several restaurants within walking distance. The Inn has a large hot tube which is great after a long hike. Coffee is always available as well.

My husband and I return a few times a year to enjoy the Snowflakes Inns amazing hospitality, cleanliness, amenities and more. No matter the season, the decor and ambiance and sure to make you feel right at home and stress free! It’s always great to run into guests that also visit at least once a year for a special getaway. All of the staff are resourceful and know all about what the White Mountains have to offer. Rooms are spacious and clean!

My partner and I went to the snowflake inn on our friends recommendation. We had no idea how absolutely amazing, peaceful, and restful our vacation would be. Sue and Leslie were INCREDIBLE!!! We couldn't have asked for more attentive, caring women to help us make this a trip of a lifetime. The room we had was fabulous, It was complete with a fireplace and a huge jacuzzi tub. The coffee was always on and they did everything humanly possible to make us feel special. Everyone we met there was a repeat guest(some for over 10 years) so that tells me we have to make an effort to go back. This definitely recharged and invigorated me, I am positive we will return within the year. If there are any doubts, erase them - this place is PERFECT. I even bought one of their blankets, and it is so cozy!

I can't believe how fantastic of a place the Snowflake Inn is. I took my wife away for her 50th birthday and stayed in one of the King Suites. The room was beyond clean, quiet, comfortable and romantic. The fireplace and jacuzzi are wonderful. The inn itself has plenty of amenities. The fitness room is huge and has great equipment. The pool are (we didn't go in there) looked wonderful too. The common areas were spacious with plenty of things to do. The inn itself is located in a great place with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. A golf course right up the street and fun winter activities all around. We didn't take advantage of the continental breakfast but it looked really good. The only thing that I didn't care for (and I never factor this into my rating) is the bed was too soft for my preference. My wife loved it. If you like a firmer pillow I would recommend you bring one along. The best part of the Inn, it's 18+ only!

AMAZING!!! Place is super quiet with only 20 rooms and 18+. The room was huge with a separate sitting area, large bathroom, and the bedroom had a very comfortable bed, a jetted tub, and a window seat with 3 windows. Such a cute little breakfast with fruit, yogurt, and a couple pastries. Coffee is available 12 hours a day and they have hot water for tea and hot chocolate. They kept surprising us by putting out cookies, pastries, and they even had a wine/cheese,cannoli night all free! One of the workers has the cutest lab named Lily and we were able to give her hugs and pats. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a very quick drive. The pool is the best pool I’ve ever been in! Super warm air and super warm water; they even put a heater in the pool bathroom! It is warmer than a regular pool but cooler than a hot tub and has jets. The fitness center is huge with many options ranging from cardio equipment, strength equipment, and free weights. There is even a massage chair in the fitness room. The lobby has multiple seats in front of a fireplace that had been running most of the time. Upstairs was a pool table with a couple games and puzzles and a couple more seating areas. There was so much cute decor I felt like everytime I looked around there was another piece of cute decor that I hadn’t noticed before!! MaryGrace was always working and super super friendly. There was another younger girl working too and she was also super friendly. They have a little gift shop with a bunch of Yankee candles, and some blankets, sweaters, and mugs. We will definitely be back this stay was perfect!!!

My husband and I spent two nights and were more than pleasantly surprised by such warm hospitality from all the staff members. The entire Inn was very clean and the decor was so beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from soaking in the "in-room" jacuzzi and utilizing all the great equipment in the gym. We sat in the lobby relaxing in front of the inviting fireplace and was served hot, fresh blueberry bread from one of the amazing staff members. We loved that we could walk across the street to the Wildcat Tavern to enjoy food and entertainment. We can't wait to go back again!!!

Loved the in-room fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Made for a romantic stay for our anniversary weekend. The inn was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The staff was kind and friendly. We had fun playing pool and checkers! Loved the river walk to the famous covered bridge. The walk can be accessed at the back of the property. Delicious continental breakfast with muffins, scones and a yummy yogurt parfait. The spa pool was so relaxing (once you got used to the chlorine smell). The Wildcat Tavern right across the street was nice for cocktails and to enjoy some live music. We recommend nearby Red Fox Bar and Grille for some great eats, Tip: DON'T follow GPS directions. It will send you in circles! Just follow Rte 16 to the covered bridge. The inn is on your left as you head into the center from the bridge, Overall, a great getaway for our Anniversary!

We have been staying at the Snowflake Inn for the last four days and have had a wonderful experience. First, the rooms we’ve stayed in are beautiful and well maintained. The common areas are warm (literally when the fire is crackling) and inviting. Clearly the owners take great pride in their inn. Every staff member we have interacted with has been friendly and accommodating. Whatever the request, their first impulse is to ensure the guest is happy. Clearly it’s important to them that every guest has an unforgettable experience. Finally, they include a continental breakfast, but it’s the best I have ever had. Fresh baked goods (baked that morning) are served every day, accompanied by a delicious yogurt parfait with fresh fruit and homemade granola. If I could, I would give the Snowflake Inn 10 stars!

Stayed here for 3 nights starting Oct 7. Room could not have been cleaner or more comfortable. Entire setting of hotel was fantastic. Good healthy breakfast in the morning. Great workout facility. All guests in hotel were friendly and had several conversations with them. Good ice machine. No housekeeping, but there are fresh towels by your door every evening. Just to mention, no elevator and if you are on the 2nd floor there is no one to help you. Also, when you make a reservation, half is not refundable, but applied to a further stay. If I’m ever in the area again, I would not consider another hotel.
