Everything was amazing! Clean, affordable, quiet, great activities! We were here for 4th of July weekend and not only did they have activities planned all weekend, they even had a free fireworks show, and a great potluck dinner poolside. What a great group of people. Definitely a well kept secret in this nicely tucked away campground. They even have the atv trails that lead right into the campground for your motorized fun, or to hike or bike. If I were to have 1 complaint it would be that the satellite service was very spotty, but we rarely watched TV anyway.

As a campground this isn't a bad place. The sites were OK, water pressure and electric power were also good. It's a nice location to explore Brattleboro, VT from. But on Friday & Saturday all bets are off. The seasonal weekend warriors arrive with their ATV's, straight-piped bikes, and loud partying until well after midnight. Lots of barking dogs, no enforcement of camp rules, and cars parked everywhere. I had a chat with one of the full-time seasonal campers and he also stated this was an ongoing issue. Our assigned site was still occupied when we arrived at 4:00PM, and when we left at 9:00AM there was no one in the office to turn in our satellite box. A call to the "24 hour" number resulted in an answering machine.

Upon arriving, we discovered this campground is atop a hill, so we made the climb hauling a 33 ft camper only to discover there was worse waiting for us at the top. We had asked when making the reservation if they have pull through sites, gues we should've been more specific and asked if we could book one. They did have them but we didn't get one. The pool wasn't open and it was incredibly hot that weekend, big disappointment for the kiddos who do not care about water temp anyway! Parties all night long prevented us from sleeping. People across from us checked out and left garbage all over their site, we advised management and nothing was done about it for two days! Why animals didn't get into it is beyond me! Upon checkout, the dumpsters were puking garbage into the road, when are these emptied??! Won't be back. And get this... owners must've thought we loved the place, two weeks after staying there received a thick packet (application for seasonal) not happening!!!

We booked in August for our October visit. Requested full hookup for a 27 foot camper. We were not asked our email and received no conformation but money was taken from our credit card. When we arrived we were told to drive around back and pull thru the site. There were trees there so that was a mistake. My husband has driven tractor trailers his entire life. It took him about 8 tries to get into the site. Had to jackknife to get in. The streetlights ( never worked) on all sites were in the way. We opened our slide out and pine tree branches were brushing against the windows. My husband went to complain twice with no results. We also had no sewer on the site. We had site P6, we found out later the P sites are for pop up campers. I wrote and asked them after we got home why they would do this, why not just tell us in August they were full so we could go elsewhere and enjoy our trip, and they never responded. When we wanted to leave, had to knock on other campers doors to ask them to move their vehicles so we could get out. Run away from this place

In 2015 I stayed for the last month of the season there and liked it enough in 2016 I became a seasonal renter. There is 2 pools, a pavilion for gatherings and a rec center with a pool table, tv and video games. There is also ATV trails behind the campground you have access to if you bring atvs or dirtbikes. 1mile to walmart, gas station, pizza place, new hampshire liqour store and tractor supply. also not far from everything in Brattleboro VT.

Would never stay here again. No cable or TV service. Cable only with $50 deposit on box that needs access to back of tv. I had specifically asked if they had cable when I reserved a spot. And was told yes. Dusty roads, far away from everything, we won't be back. I'd leave if I could get my money back. Lousy place. I am disgusted if you can't tell.
