We stayed at the Inn for a few days for a family gathering. The rooms were spacious and clean. The Host, Jeff and Bruce were delightful and helpful, Starting with the rooms - We had one in the Carriage house, which became the main meeting and Party room due to the size. We had three in the main house, all had new beds and fireplaces. When we checked in, the rooms come with a nice tray of cookies. All rooms had great views. Moving on to the Breakfast - the food is all Farm to Plate - and due to the amount of food, you will not leave hungry. We noticed that some people had to leave very early, and the Inn provided a Bag Breakfast to go, As you are having your breakfast, the dinning room looks out over the back yard and barn. There were a array of bird feeders, so the bird watching added nicely to the breakfast - side note- on the tables were bird books so you could identify the birds you saw. You also get a show with the breakfast by watching the two barn cats play with each other, and unsuccessfully try and stalk the birds. After breakfast we headed out to the barn to feed the goats - free food at the front desk. This created many laughs and pictures. The Inn is starting to raise chicks, and we were lucky enough to be able to see the chicks, and pick one up. The location of the Inn is central to the Sea, mountains and many attractions. Looking forward to going back for just a romantic weekend.

Stayed at this historic New Hampshire Inn for three days to celebrate my wife's birthday. Arrangements made by her kids. Each day was a deligh, sstarting with unique and sumptuous breakfasts to delicious dinners. Owners and staff were attentive and always willing to please. Rooms were comfortable. We were sad to leave, but we will definitely return, in spite of the 7 hour drive from home.

This was our second wine pairing event at Colby Hill Inn. Both times the event was a great time had by all. The food was excellent and most of the wine pairings were sensational. The explanations and descriptions of the wines and their respective courses was very informative. The service staff was very efficient and pleasant. The chef and owners do a tremendous job and go the extra mile to ensure your pleasant evening. We will definitely be back again!!

We visited the Inn for the first time for the Valentine’s dinner. The food was simply delicious and we were so impressed with the presentation. The inn itself is quaint, romantic, and cozy. Our server was pleasant and the food came out very quickly despite how busy it was. Jeff the innkeeper goes above and beyond to make sure that you are enjoying yourself. We cannot wait to return to the inn for another meal and hope to come for a stay!
