Room was nice with a couch and chair and accommodating for our young child. Bathrooms definitely needed some updating and the pool temperature was extremely warm. Well above 90 degrees. I would go back because it is close to family.

Beautiful room, very clean and a good size. So enjoyed the warm heated pool and hottub. My only complaint is that the cooling system did not work properly. I also thought the price was high, especially out of season.

Stayed here one night as we were visiting friends in the area. Staff was pleasant and courteous and the place was clean, comfortable and everything you would expect for the price. The sliding glass door and mini balcony were nice as you could open it for fresh air and ventilation and the view over the fields and trees was nice.... More

We stayed on a Friday night in the fall. The check in was quick and easy with a third party site reservation. The room was large, two beds, and had a great shower. We were on the upper floor and did not have noise issues. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of good eating places... More

After looking at many different reviews, I was doubtful that I was going to be pleased with our accomodations. Many said that the bathroom was dirty, the air conditioner didn't work, and the bed linen was stained. As the area hotels were sold out, we decided to take the reservations for two nights. The two rooms were a bit outdated,... More

We chose this place for the indoor pool, which we enjoyed very much. Our room was clean and comfortable with a nice TV, desk, bureau and bathroom. It had an ironing board and iron and a hairdryer. There was also a small patio that we dried our towels on. The pool also has a hot tub which we enjoyed as... More

I had to make a last-minute reservation in the Hampton Beach, New Hampshire area late in August. There wasn't a lot available, and I booked at the Hampton Falls inn. It was the height of thenseason, so $200 for a room is understandable, but the hotel is far from ideal. There's an indoor pool and hot tub and the whole... More

The inn is on the older side, with no elevator to the 2nd floor. The room (2nd floor) was large enough, with a shared balcony. The pool was lovely. Unfortunately, the remote control did not work properly and, although it was reported to the desk, it was not fixed. The main objection was that, although it is a non-smoking hotel,... More
