The hotel is modern and very nice. It is very well maintained. We called the office because the shower tray for shampoo was missing and they were there in 10 minutes to fix it. The bed is very comfortable. The staff actually mopped the floors not only in the room but on the deck outside and cleaned the glass railings. The location is excellent. My only concern is that there is no handrail on the pool. If you are somewhat disabled or I have knee or hip problems, this could be really dangerous. That being said, we will definitely come back again.

Stumbled on this new (2022) spot when booking a last-minute trip to see a concert. A modern take on the motel, the color scheme is surf, blue and tan with tile accents everywhere. Gone is the dated concept- replaced by comfy beds with soft linens, sleek glass showers, a resort like pool, retro microwave, and action surfing shot images on the wall. Spotless, fun, snappy, fabulous! Can’t wait to return!!

They screwed up. Then they fixed it. When we arrived they only had us down for our last night of a 3 night stay. They were fully booked and initially offered up switching rooms twice and sharing a bed one of the days. That didn't work for my friend and me so Alex arranged one night in the apartment then gave us two single rooms the final two nights. Although it was not the double queen we booked for 3 nights, we were compensated for the inconvenience and no snoring to contend with! We booked on-sight parking which I would recommend and it is an assigned space. Fireworks could be seen from the parking lot or some rooms and walking distance to everywhere. Very clean, new and the service from everyone there exceptional. We will definitely be back.

Hôtel is well located, 5 min walk from the beach. Pool is great, few lounger and umbrella were broke. Room are ok, bathroom very small. It was not very clean when we walked in, it looks like they only change sheet and towels. Lots of sand on the floor, faucet was dirty, I did clean it since it was very gross. We had a few ant in the bathroom. Carpet was very dirty. Pullout bed matress had mold underneath, we saw it on the last night we were there... Everyday we needed to ask for towels, soap, toilet paper… :( Bring a sleep mask and ear plugs, curtains are not blocking light at night and walls are not insulated at all…

Would definitely stay again! The only down side is you have to park a block or two away…the spots on site had to be reserved (and I’m guessing paid for?), unless my husband misunderstood. But great location and bright space with coastal vibes, walkable distance to the beach and boardwalk!

We arrived Friday around 4 went to our room and it looked like they had just changed the sheets and towels but didn’t clean anything.. I went to the office and asked if they could come back up and check out our room they said yes. We went to dinner and came back and it still looked the same so we went to the store and got our own clorox bleach and wipes.. this place is gorgeous , great pool and amazing location.. but needs to be cleaned better or none of the rest will matter..

Currently booked a room in the newly and fully renovated Surf House at Hampton Beach, NH and found a gem!! The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely looking forward to going back in August to enjoy the energy on the strip!!
FYI - We booked a deluxe queen and a family of 4 would be comfortable staying there. Loved the new decking and see-through railings.

This is a terrific little motel, and I would definitely stay here again. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. (Hi Luka!) I arrived early, and since my room was ready, I was allowed to check in early,
The pool was very clean, as clean as I have ever seen any pool. The water temperature was just right. It’s a good-size pool, not huge, but just great for a leisurely swim.
The rooms are very clean and very spacious. There is plenty of storage. The coffee maker was simple enough to operate. TIP: you need both remotes in order to use the TV. The front desk will help you.
It’s a block from the beach, which is perfect. It’s close enough to walk to where the action is, and far enough so that it’s nice and quiet at night.
The rates are reasonable, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. I recommend serve house without hesitation. A+

Rooms are newly renovated, clean, comfortable and nicely designed. Pool done nicely with lots of lounge chairs and lighting. Staff were efficient. Only negative was lack of sound proofing. I have never stayed on a hotel where I could hear the guests around me. I would prefer not to hear what is going on in the next room. Sadly, I probably won’t return but it is in a great location.

Just Experienced a Perfect Stay at the all-new Surf House at Hampton Beach ! Girlfriends get away for a concert night. The Surf House is impressive with its Clean Refreshing New Design, Beach Decor and Welcoming Staff. Nice Views of the Salt Marsh or its Beautiful Pool. Loved the north location from the center ... very quiet, one block to the ocean and only a couple blocks, short walk to everything ! Greatly appreciated the beautiful covered Deck to enjoy the sea breeze and morning coffee. Perfect Choice :)
