The Marguerite Motel is centrally located, just one-block to Hampton Beach and 3 blocks to the center of all beach activities. We offer non-smoking rooms in a family friendly atmosphere. All rooms are equipped with 32" flat panel TVs, a small refrigerator, air conditioning and private bathrooms. We have several rooms also equipped with a kitchenette or a small efficiency unit. Free parking is available on site for one car per room. Our heated pool is a center of activity for all guests to enjoy. From here you can walk to the sandy beach (approximately 5-10 minutes) or the beach center (approximately 10-15 minutes). We are close to several restaurants and shops.

Good price, within walking distance from the beach especially convenient with a toddler, rooms were spotless, 2 bed rooms, balcony area with chairs and table, plenty of parking, staff were friendly and professional and you can fill out your check-in forms ahead of time so when you get there check in took less than 5 minutes. When you hear motel the stereo typical thing most people think is “low maintenance” but is an understatement in this case. I would stay here again and plan to in the future. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would you can clearly tell the property is well kept up with.

I took my son, his partner, and my niece for a few days to my favorite motel on the beach, The Marguerite! It was another wonderful trip as usual. I know that there will never be problems and if the occasional issue arises like low batteries in a remote on their DirectTV or we need extra towels, it is handled instantly! The staff is beyond friendly and always fun to chat with. The pool was crystal clear, clean, and warm. Always a pleasure!

The motel staff was very friendly, our room was clean but very noisy, you could hear footsteps and stomping around all hours of the day. Wifi was an included amenity but the service was terrible and unusable on our devices. The staff was constantly cleaning throughout the day, the other rooms & pool. Being walking distance to the beach was nice, but I do not think our stay was worth $1000+ for just a place to stay. No breakfast included, and again the wifi did not work.

The location was perfect, 2 minutes walk from the beach and we found that this part of the beach was less crowded, so more intimacy. The motel is well managed, the check in-checkout was fast and efficient. The motel is not renovated a lot but it is clean, the value for $spent is good. We got a room without kitchenette but we were able to manage with bbq's, and propane heating plates placed outside for resident use. We recommend this place 100%.

Our first visit to this motel and we were very happy with our choice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was better than anticipated, including a MIDsized refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, microwave, and extra kitchen type sink. Although the room shows a bit of wear, it was clean and comfortable with AC. Our grandsons, aged 7 and 4 were thrilled with the heated outdoor pool. We were surprised that towels were replenished and trash emptied each day. The location, only one short block from the beach/playground made it perfect for us. We will return!

I have been visiting Hampton Beach on and off for over 40 years and have stayed at a few different motels. I returned to the Marguerite Motel this year with my boyfriend, my adult son and his girlfriend. I booked two rooms for the four of us - 2nd floor King size bed rooms, each with a refrigerator, microwave, HD flat screen TV, kitchen sink, small coffee maker, and full bath. The room appeared freshly painted and the vinyl wood flooring (so much better than carpet) was perfect for sandy feet. Parking provided for one car per room and we really appreciated the covered parking on our hot weekend. Pool and pool area were extremely clean. Staff were quite friendly. Towels were changed and garbage collected daily. And staff even swept parking lot daily. Only one complaint: Smoking is allowed outside of rooms and as a non-smoker, sitting on the motel deck with those who smoke can be bothersome. But, rooms are all non-smoking so I do appreciate that. Motel's location was central to all that Hampton Beach has to offer. Would I return? Absolutely!

Everyone makes you feel so welcome.. they always check on you to make sure that you don't need anything very accommodating all the girls are so pleasant they're right there to help you for anything that you need I don't know all the girls names but they're all so wonderful and the men as well especially Alex I believe his name was Alex he was so accommodating and pleasant thank you so much for a wonderful stay.. This review is for the Poolside Kitchenette. I checked in on Tuesday July 5 and was greeted by the very friendly staff. No complaints here, the room was clean, the beds comfy and the kitchen stocked with the bare essentials for cooking (pots, pans) , dining (plates, cups, silverware) and cleaning (dish soap and sponge). I brought a few extra groceries like paper towels and wet wipes for easy cleanup in the kitchen. I also cozied up our room by bringing some seashell-themed twinkle lights. My whole family (9 total) stayed at the Marguerite Motel that week, each in a different style room on the property. If you like a sunset view get the rooms on the 3rd floor, they have a great views facing West. Marguerite Motel has a great location, it's only 1 block from the beach. There's plenty of parking and good food within walking distance (check out Christy's pizza!). When you get tired of the beach the motel's heated pool is a great hangout, there's tons of chairs, several bbq grills and picnic tables.

This was my first time ever visiting Hampton Beach. I really enjoyed myself. The hotel was excellent and very well located. I had a pool side with kitchenette room very nice. Very roomy and clean. The only thing I would change is the location of the toilet paper holder, it was way too far behind me and The shower is a bit small. I would also upgrade to k-cup coffeemakers.

This motel is one of the better ones in Hampton Beach area and the poolside kitchenette rooms are a great value for families. Pool is clean and heated. Staff is very pleasant. Location and parking is good. Room was acceptably clean, and smelled clean, not perfect but fine for most people's standards, especially for the price range. Water pressure and hot water capacity for showering is awesome. We rate 3 stars just because the rooms are very cheaply finished and furnished and the bedding is very cheap/scratchy/uncomfortable and the mattresses are horrible to the point of being comically bad. We're talking cheap metal bed frames and stiff discount store spring mattresses that sag in the middle. Some better mattresses and softer sheets would make this a four star review from us.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate the positive feedback about our property and comments on how we can improve for future guests. We have definitely struggled this year with the company cleaning our sheets. All of our sheets were purchased brand new last season and in that span of time the linen company has let us down in many ways. We are working towards a solution for next summer. Our mattresses were new last year too, so I don't know why you had one that was sagging in the middle. I'm very sorry about that. Please reach out directly so we know which room so we can fix that issue and replace the mattress.
