We enjoyed our stay, but did not pay top price. The rooms need a little perking up. The bed was comfortable and clean, the pillows foam and a little hard. The shower handle was hard to turn and dripped if you did not fight to turn it off but the pressure was good and the water was hot. The location...

We made reservations at this hotel. After a closer look, we noticed that in their small list of amenities was the word toilet. That is not an amenity....necessity is more like it. We cancelled our reservations. We continued to get reservation updates....your trip is coming. I finally called to make sure that our reservation was indeed cancelled. They said it...

Good price during offseason for quality and location of hotel. I have stayed here weeknights for a few weeks now and haven't had any need to look for other arrangements. Its nice having a lounge and restaurant with quality food on premises. Rooms with balcony and ocean view a plus.

The room was dated ..upon check-in (as a single woman), I was treated as a " non-person". I was actually told that My room was one of the best. ..and that I was lucky to get it...the food at dinner was ok...the service was horrible. The next day, breakfast and service was even worse. I Never saw my server once...

This hotel has it all! Right on 1A it is not hard to find. It is across from the beach so you don't have to drive anywhere. They park your car and the boardwalk is within walking distance. Nice, clean, large rooms with picture window on the end of your bed overlooking the ocean. Beautiful balcony to look at 1A...

We had a nice 5 days in Hampton Beach, NH. My daughter who's 14 did not like it as much as I did. The hotel is pretty run down with only the lobby and eating areas updated. The rooms are very worn, dated and small. Our first room was facing the roof of the adjacent building - it was dark,...
