This place is not in town, but we already knew that when we booked - we planned it to be a more of a chilled out stop on our tour of New England, hoping that the hot tub and lakeside location would be relaxing. When we walked into the reception upon arrival, the lady working there was clearly un-interested in... More

The accommodation were better than expected it was cozy warm when it rained all weekend .The only like I would suggest is to put a little more info about there whirlpool rooms such as the are fully stocked with dishes and cooking supply's and could use a few more towels with a room that has a whirlpool

My husband and I needed a place to stay after attending a wedding. We didn't want to spend a lot of money. We booked here based on price and we spent too much for sure. The room was very clean but the beds were terrible. Creaky every time we moved on the bed it kept us up all night long.... More

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and I was not impressed. The room itself was clean, but the deck overlooking the lake was filthy with bird poop and spider webs. it was so bad I would not sit on the chairs. The light on our deck did not have a light switch and the only way to turn... More

I arrived in the lobby just before 8pm. We were a planned late arrival due to being in the area for the Pumpkin Festival which ends at 10pm. No staff was visible despite an audible alert when the door opened. I called "hello" 2-3 times. No answer. Finally called resort telephone number FROM THE LOBBY and got their answering machine.... I stayed in a lake beach suite (1 bedroom, 2 beds, couch) for a wedding. Rooms were clean, but a little outdated and small. The beach area was nice, with BBQ grills available to use, tables etc. White sandy beaches too! By outdated, I mean that the TV's were older (with no USB port so no Roku or Amazon TV... More

We used this facility as an overnight stop to our final destination. We totally forgot the front desk closes at 9:00 pm. Around 8:30 the front desk called our cell phone to be sure we were still coming. Since we were close, she stayed till we arrived just a few minutes past 9:00. Thought that was very considerate. Would have... More

We picked this resort because of the proximity to bank of NH pavilion as we had tickets to see a show. We had a basic motel room no frills. Considering the fact that we were only sleeping there it was fine for us. We loved that there is a private path to get to the venue made it so nice.... More

I stayed in one of the one-bedroom suites. The picture on their web site showed a much more modern, comfortable suite. The suite furniture and décor was circa 1980. I hated the faux suede couch - looked like a million butts have been on it. There were no tissues, no hair dryer (and I didn't bring my own), and the... More

This hotel was clean with large rooms but had few up-to-date amenities. Tiny fridge was rickity, no tissues in room, small towels, the wi-fi was spotty at best, and the pool was inside and small with showers that were left unserviced (empty soap dispensers etc.) Seemed over-priced for what you get. Convenient location however.
