We were taking a class at the Sig Sauer academy so this location was perfect - just 10 minutes away. What I really liked about our room (201) is that it was on a corner and had 2 windows facing different directions. The room size was good, we had a king bed and mattress was just ok. It was fairly firm (which we prefer) but by no means was as comfy as our sleep number. They brought us a small fridge which tucked in nicely into the furniture. Good selection of channels on TV and A/C unit had the right amount of "white noise". My favorite part...no dogs allowed.

Great local inn with traditional values for service. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful atmosphere. Beautiful decor and within walking distance to center of Exeter. Would recommend. Restaurant within the Inn is excellent with cozy bar to have a drink with friends.

Our children invited us to dine at this inn on christmas eve. The inn is beautiful like a charles dickens novel, service was great, but food waa so disappointing. There was nothing on the menu outstanding, rather cheaper cuts . Examples, chicken legs, chicken thighs, hangar steak and short ribs. I ordered short ribs but it came as a spicy stew. No salad. The prices are over 20 dollars and more. The steak was chewy i was told. A great disappointment. I expected some really great meals and none were presented.
