Very cozy log cabin B&B, with full use of beautiful lake. Excellent breakfasts included and fantastic hospitality by the owners. They were so friendly and would answer any questions one may have about the area. The stay felt just like you were with family, wonderfully comfortable. Great view of the lake from the deck of the home. Would surely return... More

My husband and I stayed here for an early two night anniversary getaway and it was awesome. The house is set up on a hill away from the road so it is very quiet. We had a wonderful time with awesome breakfasts and they even made a fire in the fire pit for us one of the nights. We will... More

We only stayed for one night in our travels. Sue was so nice and breakfast was very good. It was so hot when we came and even though we had AC in our bedroom there was none on in the house. It was too hot for me to enjoy myself.

Yes, NH can be very hot on occasion. We usually do not need air conditioning at all here. The air conditioner for the living room and kitchen was on order and had not arrived in time for your visit. Now that we have it, it will probably be cooler! Thanks for your visit. More

Everything was pristine and straightforward. No surprises, great attention to detail and very friendly but not overbearing hosts. View, directions, location, room comfort, amenities provided and breakfast all get 5 thumbs up from me. I loved it.

My husband and I were attending a Dartmouth reunion in June and stayed for two nights at the Stanford B&B. It was very conveniently located, approximately a 20 minute drive to the College. We had the upstairs room with its own bath which were immaculately clean and nicely decorated. Sue and Ray were wonderful hosts, warm and friendly, and the... More

Sue and Ray were such generous hosts! Great location for relaxation, hiking, kayaking, and enjoying the fresh air. The Pine Cone Room was gorgeous, clean, and private -- exactly what we were looking for. Can't wait to go back!

This is a small B&B with one room upstairs and two downstairs sharing a bath. Perfect for two or three couples or a family. The log cabin is perched high above a beautiful lake and the boathouse is euipped with plenty of amenities such as kayaks or canoes, a seating dock. Breakfasts were hearty and wonderful and Sue and Ray... More

I would describe this inn, which is the home of the owners,as rustic and comfortable. The owners, Sue and Ray are very warm and welcoming and made us feel more like friends than inn guests. The place is immaculately clean and the bathroom contained amenities which were very nice. Sue makes a wonderful breakfast and sitting @ the dining room... More

What a special, peaceful, and beautiful home away from home we found with the Stanford B&B! From the moment my husband and I arrived until we had to leave a week later, Sue and Ray were tuned in to our every need. When we pulled up they were outside and showed us where to park our trailer with our kayaks... More
