We chose the Inn at Crystal Lake to celebrate my BFs 60th bday. The weather was a mess with rain and snow so after doing some shopping in the nearby outlets in Conway, we headed back to the inn to relax. While the snow and wind raged outside, we were cozy and warm, sitting by the fire and enjoying delicious appetizers. Afterward, we retired to the media area to binge watch Queen's Gambit. Tim couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating and our room, with an antique four-poster bed, was perfectly romantic. Tim and Bobby had thought of everything to make our stay perfect, from soft drinks in the fridge to cookies in the room (hmmm, sounds like I only care about food, lol). We had an awesome time and even my now over-the-hill boyfriend was impressed. We'll definitely be back!
My husband and I found the Inn at Crystal Lake the perfect spot to explore the Mount Washington area. It was just the right size (10 rooms), in a peaceful village, as opposed to the busy touristy area of North Conway, and very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent without being overdone; Tim, the innkeeper, was warm and engaging; and our room met all our needs for a week-long stay. We would definitely go back.
I grew up in Eaton Center. I lived next door to the Inn at Crystal Lake. As an adult I enjoy returning the the area to reminisce and enjoy nature's beauty. This stay at the Inn was my first. In fact, I had never been inside the Inn even after living next door for several years as a child. I made my reservation online. In the time between reserving and coming to stay I had nice chats with one of the owners, Tim. Upon arrival I was greeted by Tim and booked in. I was given my keys and given directions to my room and bathroom. I stayed in the birdhouse room. My room was styled with a wild bird theme. My room foes not have an attached bathroom. My private bathroom was across the hall. I had a treat of some cookies waiting on my dresser. The room was clean and organized. We had a long day that started in RI AT 430 AM. We were in bedtime mode by 8pm. Breakfast time was scheduled for 9am. Good coffee. Nice bread. Good eggs and sausage. Nice craft jelly. I really love the area and enjoyed my stay. I will definitely consider the Inn as a place to stay when I come back this way.…
Tim and Bob were wonderful hosts; they were very welcoming and kind. The room was clean and the inn was located close to many trails/hikes in the Conway area. Breakfast was served fresh and delicious. Glad we found this inn!
We stayed at the Inn @ Crystal Lake last weekend. What a great place! Our room was everything you would expect a country inn to be. Clean, beautifully furnished, everything we needed. Our hosts were wonderful. Breakfast on Sunday morning was delicious. Highly recommend.
