Stayed overnight in January for a show at the Capital Center. Perfect location, easy to get to, attached parking garage, short (3 min) walk to the venue. Courteous professional staff, welcoming and friendly. Nuce attention to detail. Top notch amenities, plus easily the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in. Highly recommended!

We had our share of bad experiences the past year due to COVID causing problems while traveling, and I am happy to report this place was the BEST of our hotel experiences of the year! This place is very nice inside, clean, well furnished, all looks new in the interior spaces, our king room was excellent, clean, big bathroom, large bed, and we had a view of the back side which didn't bother us at all - saw the river scenes. The breakfast was prepared to go in a separate room near the beautiful small lobby with a fireplace, and it was very good and fresh. Wrap breakfast sandwiches one day with coffee, juice, etc, or muffins. Next day was a boxed up breakfast. We loved the location where you may walk out to local shops and area restaurants, and there is a nice restaurant attached to this hotel as well. Hotel check in staff was very professional, informative, easy check-in, and the parking garage is attached with easy access. If we go back to Concord, we will stay here again. Our room did feel a little cool but it seemed to be fine later, so we had to figure out the temp controls a bit. I personally felt like I finally had a great hotel stay after the year we have had of bad experiences elsewhere. Thank you to all at The Hotel Concord for your accomplishments. And Happy New Year!

The wife and I spent one night at The Hotel Concord and it left us wishing that we had more reason to be in the area every so often. It’s a boutique hotel with a lovely reception area/lobby. Both of the women we interacted with at the front desk were extremely pleasant. The rooms were immaculate, king sized bed was very comfortable and the room had one of the better hotel bathrooms that I’ve ever had. Free parking is available and the location is perfect right on Main Street with plenty of stores and restaurants within easy walking distance. If you’re considering a stay at The Hotel Concord do not hesitate to book your room!

We were so looking forward to this experience staying at the modern and elegant Hotel Concord, but sadly it turned out to be a poor experience as we were freezing during our stay in the winter! Our stay was extremely quiet, but I do have to note something that was odd/strange that happened that didn't allow us to have the most restful night and why I can't fully endorse a stay here. When we arrived to our room we noticed that it was a bit chilly and cold. It was in the middle of February so it was freezing outside but we didn't expect our room to be cold. At first we both thought that maybe we were just tired or cold from being outside, but we stepped back into the hallway and realized that it was our room that was an issue. We tried (unsuccessfully) several times to change the temperature before we called downstairs. Someone came up and tried to set it and we were assured that the room would get warmer. It didn't seem to help and we didn't hear any heat go on but we were told that it would and to give it a bit of time. We were also offered additional blankets if we would like them but told "not to worry the heat would come on quickly". Unfortunately... it didn't and the saga continued with NO compliance to switch us to a different room (even though the hotel was not filled to capacity) and no apology for our experience. You can read more on my blog, Caravan Sonnet for the full story on this sad experience.

We'd never want you to leave our hotel this disappointed, but it looks like we didn't hit the mark. I apologize for any inconvenience and miscommunications regarding the temperature of your room during your stay. The last things we want is our guests being uncomfortable. Your time is really important to us, and we can assure you that is an isolated incident. I'll be working with my team to address the issue and hope you reconsider. I hope you give us that chance to show how great our hotel can be for you. Sincerely, Michele Gibeault, General Manager

We were absolutely delighted with the Hotel Concord from the moment we arrived and were able to park in a garage space right next to an entry. Joseph greeted us warmly at his desk in the lobby (rather than from the separation of a typical counter), which set the tone for the rest of our stay. He noted our request to be on the top floor and filled us in on all the particulars of the facilities.
Our room was spacious with a modern decor and large screen t.v. The end wall was all windows with a door to a balcony, allowing us a good view of the river and hills beyond. (Granted, there is a shopping center and highway in the foreground.) The bathroom was immense with a walk-in shower and good size marble vanity.
The next morning we enjoyed the included breakfast downstairs although we had a couple minor complaints about the server. When we mentioned them to Joseph, he apologized profusely and called the manager over. To our astonishment, she comped us the entire cost of our night's stay. This was totally unnecessary, given the nature of our concerns (10% off might have been appropriate) but we were very pleased. We plan to return soon and frequently to the Hotel Concord!

We stayed at the Hotel Concord on our way back from a ski trip in New Hampshire, and boy are we glad that we stopped here! We were overjoyed to have covered, connected parking and slept very well in the spacious and clean room. Also, breakfast was very pleasant and the local area seemed worth exploring further.
The room was immaculate and very quiet. The beds were just the right firmness, and the pillows just the right plumpness for both side and back sleepers. One of our kids tends to kick in his sleep, so the pull out sofa bed in the room was a surprise bonus, allowing us to put him in a separate bed.
The hotel breakfast was also very nice, with Dayle from the front desk keeping the area well-stocked, while also greeting everyone. We were especially grateful that she pulled out some coloring books for our kids so that my wife and I could finish our meals while the kids were safely distracted.
And, the area itself seemed to warrant more exploration. We had a chance to stop by the book store, as well as Bread and Chocolate, a nearby bakery. Both places were excellent, and worth a second visit. We are now thinking about skiing at one of the mountains near Hotel Concord, just so that we have a reason to return sooner!

Business and family often bring me to the Concord area. My choice is the Hotel Concord. Everything about it is beautiful, comfortable and well thought out. The staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable.
Individual rooms are spacious and spotless. Suites have beautiful vistas of the state house and local churches. Joseph at the front desk goes out of his way to make guests feel like they have a home away from home.
No matter what room I have stayed in, the bed and pillows are cloud-like. The room is spacious, tasteful and well appointed. Working from your room is easy. Lights, electrical outlets and desk space abound. There is a gathering area on the floor with comfortable couches tables and chairs, like a small club. In the winter there is a fire in the fireplace. Otherwise it is decorated with beautiful flower arrangements.
You can fix coffee in your room: during Covid morning brings a complimentary bagged breakfast of fruit and juices, water and a pastry or two. They will deliver it to your room if you like, though I took special pleasure in donning a very plush spa robe and slippers and visiting folks in the lobby. The flower display adorning the breakfast bar looks real, to the point where I had to touch it to decide. A local shop does the arrangements and if you admire the blossoms, Alyssa will point you in the right direction said that you can bring some home with you. Yes I did.
The O restaurant attached to the hotel is one of the best in the area, particularly for steak. Room service is attentive and quick. Parking is safe and convenient. Free and at the back door to the lobby.
This place is unexpected for Central New Hampshire and a jewel in the crown of the Stash Hotel group. It’s a reason to stay in Concord, along with antique and music shops. I’ll be back next month.

Only spent one night but am confident in making a strong recommendation. Room was large, clean, comfortable. It included many amenities at no extra charge. Kuerig instead of the cheap, flavorless coffee makers found in Hiltons, High quality TV with a very full selection of channels. Large, spotless bathroom.
Very friendly staff. Convenient location and covered parking. Included breakfast was also better than that found in the major chains.
Highly recommend

My husband and I visited for our one year anniversary trip and it was fantastic! The robes in the room are super high quality and I couldn't resist wearing it the whole time I was in the room. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. I loved the shower! The Front Desk was very helpful with answering all of our questions.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would love to return someday.

Great location in downtown Concord. Easy walk to restaurants and Capital Center for the Arts. Room was spacious with tall ceilings, very clean, comfortable beds, with extra amenities including robes and slippers, a clothing steamer, chocolates, bottles of water, Echo Dot (or something similar), wide screen flat tv, and free parking. Staff was professional and courteous. Definitely exceeded our expectations based on the price point. Highly recommend!
