Detailed Reviews
I am always curious what makes a "boutique" hotel; I am sure this one qualifies. The decor is very different and original with five (I think) floating fireplaces in the lobby area and an open concept restaurant/lounge off to the back. Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions you cannot enjoy the intended ambience of the lobby. Parking is free and plentiful, check in was a breeze. The rooms are very light and airy with sort of a birchwood feel with light and airy fabrics. The floors are not carpeted, so bring slippers to fight off the cold chill, TV is fine and has hooks up for cables if you wish to run off your laptop, has a fridge but no microwave, the bath is lovely - sleek and modern feel. Windows have a black out shade and sheers. The bed was comfy cozy with nice bedding. The bedside lighting is quite nice with options for pin lights and reading lights. Pillows are way too large and overstuffed, your head just rolls off them. Nice amount of storage in room. Wifi was easy to operated. NO Microwave - points off for that, but you can use one in the lobby. Speaking of food, the breakfast buffet is tiny and not worth bothering with, just crappy, cheap plastic wrapped pastries, cereal & milk, canned peaches, tiny yogurts. No fresh fruit or eggs. Totally not enough nutrition for skiers. Speaking of food, be sure to check of the Little Grille in Littleton, about 7 miles away for home cooked Mexican and Brazilian food which was fantastic and creative. I met "Holly the Housekeeper" in the elevator, she seems like a hoot and a bundle of energy. We will be back.

This hotel is very pretty and looks great on the surface. However, there were some false advertisements that need to be addressed. First off, the king size bed is not actually a king, it’s two twins pushed together. Because the bed was on wheels the beds would frequently separate leaving an awkward gap in between. It would also roll away from the wall/headboard.
We called and asked if there was a table and chairs in the room to eat at and they said yes. There was actually only a desk with one chair. A continental breakfast was advertised—we were aware it was different because of covid, but it was still very weak. Prepackaged mini pastries and juice—not even bagels or muffins.
My biggest complaint was the walls were thin and the staff was loud. Both nights we were there were loud people talking in the hallway before 8am. The first morning we went out to say something and found it was the staff and the owner screaming across the hallways—at 7AM!! We said something and they apologized and left. But the same thing occurred the next morning! This is unprofessional and needs to be addressed. Housekeeping was doing the same thing as they were coming around making the rooms.
Our intent was to just have a weekend in the hotel room relaxing and watching movies. The loud noise and bed situation made this less than ideal.

I was pleasantly surprised at the decor and look of the hotel. This was an overnight stay due to the proximity it was to the ice castles. Upon arrival the parking lot was not cleared from the storm the day prior. I am disabled and slipped on the heaped ice in the handicapped parking spot. The only area that looked as though it might have been shoveled was the area directly in front of the main door, not even the side walk was cleared. The room was very spacious but did feel as though it was lacking due to the size.
I was very disappointed to find out that the restaurant was being renovated and that the bar is only open on the weekends. This is something that should be explained on the website, guests should be informed without having to ask.
The pool and hot tub were very hard to find, access was only available through the locker rooms, even though there is a regular enterance, it is locked, strange. The front desk was nice enough to let us use these facilities past the normal close time of 8pm, in my opinion that is way to early to close them. The indoor hot tub was broken but the out door hot tub was very nice.
The included breakfast was nice with a good selection.
Since the hotel was practically empty due to it being mid-week, they let us check out late.
Overall we were very happy with our stay. A little attention to detail and it could have been a stellar experience.

This property is a study in contrasts. On the one hand the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. On the other hand, our room was stocked with just one wash cloth and no facial tissue. The lobby was very nice and they had some nice outdoor areas, but they did not have an automatic door to help you bring a luggage cart through it. The breakfast was very basic, and our room came with a small fridge but no microwave. The staff was very helpful, but the shower came with a partition that only went 1/2 of the way across. As to lights and electronics, they have all these modern lights, but none directly on your face at the bathroom sink, nor on the desk for using a laptop. There are no outlets at the desk, nor are there any USB outlets in the room. The other factor everyone should know about staying in Bethlehem during the week, there are very few restaurants right in Bethlehem. We ended up getting a pizza from the local general store.

This was the strangest hotel stay I've ever experienced.
To address the immediate elephant in the room, this was recently a kosher hotel catering exclusively to vacationing Hasidic Jews. That is no big deal, but it is apparent everywhere you turn.
Members of this orthodox sect make up the bulk of the clientele. They often linger in the common areas (lobby, outdoor patio) and it can be a little uncomfortable, especially if you were not expecting this at the hotel.
The lobby is lovely, but that's where the good news ends. Once you enter the elevator, a bizarre and shabby world awaits you. Furniture is stacked in the hallways and strange cooking odors emit from the rooms and microwave located in the hallway. (?!?!) Each and every doorway shows the adhesive residue of a mezuzah that once hung there.
The rooms are cavernous, sparsely furnished, and somewhat cold. The floors are laminate and sticky from what I hope is the floor wax that they use. It was not a good feeling and made the room feel dirty. The beds, however, were very comfortable.
There is a swimming pool, but it is only open for a few, specific hours and you have to make a reservation (for $25/hr) to swim there. This is, presumably, to allow for male/female segregated swimming time and to protect privacy.
All in all, we got some rest and felt safe, but wish we would have checked the reviews first, and not just gone off the hotel's website. While there were no major issues, it was such a strange environment and we were happy to get out of there early the next day.

Because of an error at the hotel, a staff member charged me for two additional stays in addition to my own. They were able to cancel one, but after 6 days and multiple follow up calls, have not resolved the erroneous charge on the other room. I've had three promises of action items/follow up calls and not one of them was actually followed through on. I finally had to dispute this charge with my CC company.
In addition, I can confirm the lack of cleanliness and smell in areas of the hotel. The area with the third floor ice machine and microwave made me want to throw up. The ice machine room was also next to my hotel room bedroom wall, and I could hear the microwave going off at 2 in the morning.
We made 1 request during our two-day stay. My son was taking virtual college classes so on 1 day, we asked for no interruptions from staff at that room. He was taking an online test on camera. During his test, maintenance pounded on the door saying they wanted to fix an outlet, and housekeeping also visited.
Very disappointing stay.

This hotel has a pool, sauna, rec room, library, and nice bar, and a nice lounge with multiple fireplaces and grouped seating areas. All things that sound really fun for apres ski. Unfortunately, it's all closed due to COVID! I understand why and don't fault them for it. I'd love to visit again once COVID is over. Right now, the hotel is so quiet it makes me nervous.
They have made an effort to serve breakfast, though it is all pre-packaged foods and fruit. Not bad, except no coffee or tea except in the rooms. The Belvita biscuits make good snacks on the slopes.
The rooms are large. They have a large fully equipped bathroom with a tub. The king sized bed was two twins combined together at the base and two twin mattresses with a joint mattress pad. Sounds bad, but it was really comfortable. I honestly would not have noticed if I had not read it in another review. Furnishings are a bit sparse for the size of the room. Instead of the one chair in the corner, they could add a small dining table and some chairs. The room had a fridge and coffee maker but no microwave.
Internet is fairly good. Not many fade-outs or spinning cursors. For work, as long as you don't have to use a really heavy duty program remotely, it is fine. Video is OK. I did try connecting a Kindle Fire to the TV's HDMI port and couldn't get the TV to recognize it. The TV is pretty large but given the size of the room it is a little small and hard to see from the bed.
Location of the hotel is great if you want to ski at Bretton Woods, Cannon, or Loon. It is really too far for Waterville Valley since it is north of Woodstock. I did ski Waterville Valley because I pre-bought the ticket but wouldn't do that again when staying at this location.
Finally, you really need to use a GPS to find the hotel, especially at night. A sign exists on 302 but it is hard to spot even during the day. Without GPS I would have driven right past the hotel, probably several times. It is in a residential area and has a house between it and the road. It seems like it is in the middle of nowhere, but in reality Bethlehem is about a mile further and Littleton is 3 miles back, so you have many restaurants to choose from (my GPS says 99+ which seems incredible).

We checked in at 3. When we first got there we went to our room and our room wasn’t cleaned from the previous guests. Disgusted, we went to the lobby and told the front desk it was still dirty. They had us wait in the lobby while they cleaned it. We waited and waited and didn’t hear anything. At this point it was 3:45 and we had to leave to go to the ice castles so we had to change in our vehicle and go. Before we left we told the desk we’d be back and we hoped our room would be cleaned and they said it definitely would. We come back at 6:30 and it still wasn’t available. They gave our original room away we later learned. They just pushed us aside not telling us what was going on but continued to give each new guest a room. We didn’t get a room until 8pm. And that was ONLY because another older couple heard we’ve been waiting for our room since 3 when we checked in so they gave us theirs. Horrible customer service. Do not go.

RUN!! Worst hotel ever...Should have been a clue when we saw the neighborhood. It was sketchy at best. Inside was fair. Requested to change from an "Accessible" room to a regular room. The front desk clerk assured us that the "accessible" was a great deal. Lighting was poor--no lamps only two very weak lights beside the bed and glaring overhead lights. No safe as advertised and no daily service. I saw nowhere on their website that maid service was only once every three days. We booked and paid for 3 nights, so I guess no maid service. Oh, and what was the "resort fee" supposed to cover? The breakfast was only lots of carbs (cereal, breads,) and some old looking fruit..apples, oranges, bananas. Advertised that there was a safe in the room, well, ours did not have one. AWFUL!

Looks can be very deceiving, pulling in we thought this going to be a great hotel, looked clean and new on the outside and in the lobby. Boy, were we wrong.
I thought it was a little weird when we walking to our room that we could hear people thru almost every door we passed down the hall, but we checked in after 9 pm and I figured people must just getting in as well. Again first impression of our room was good, but that did not last long. The flooring in the entire room was that laminated fake wood, looked good, but we could hear every step in the room above us. Sorry people below us, no doubt you were going thru the same. Very very noisy place, we could hear conversations and TVs from all sides but the window.
The next morning in the full light when we opened the shades you see all around the window was peeling and falling apart, unfortunately this was the case throughout the room, even some of the walls had a wave to them. Just poor maintenance.
The staff was another issue, very rude and poorly trained, just stay away.

its not a custom its Jewish law its so men and women dont do any hanky panky i would suggest asking the management if they are willing to accommodate you if not i would suggest staying in a different hotel where u would feel more comfortable
Our food is Kosher, only the best cuts. We truck our food in refrigerated trucks from only the best Kosher establishments in NY and our food is under full Rabbinical compliance at all time. Our guests rave about how delicious and just how wonderful everything is presented and how fresh everything is. Thank you so much for this question. We hope to see you dinning with ya real soon.
