Great Stay at Attitash’s Pierce House Timeshare
We enjoyed another wonderful stay in one of Attitash’s timeshares, using our available RCI points. This was our third stay at one of their timeshares and have to give them a lot of credit for their consistently excellent “product”. We had a 3 night mid week stay in a two unit combo so we had plenty of space, two fireplaces, two bathrooms and a jucuzzi that proved very therapeutic once again after a hard day of skiing. (You should bring or buy bath bombs in NC) The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc for cooking and we enjoyed two dinners, etc there. The units are updated and very well maintained. It was a pleasure to stay there once again though we were disappointed to learn that as of this year, RCI owners can only use points there once every four years. Hope to be back in 2024!
Sharon Marie, Thanks for your great review! We're thrilled that you enjoyed your return visit to our resort, your spacious accommodations, and well stocked kitchen. The popularity of our resort has necessitated implementing the RCI 1 in 4 rule, to ensure that our vacation owners and exchange guests all get a fair opportunity to stay with us. We truly hope we will see you again in 2024, and if you'd like to stay more frequently, we encourage you to contact us about our Vacation Points Club. You can also stay with us anytime as a paying guest, just give our reservations office a call or book online.

    Clean, comfortable and quiet
Our recent stay (Jul 19-23) was excellent. Our suite was ready when we checked in, clean and spacious. We had more than enough towels and linens for our stay. The laundry machines were a pleasant surprise and very welcome as it was blazing hot that week. Attitash is within quick driving distance to some very good restaurants so our partial kitchen was more than enough for us. All appliances were clean and functioning. Can't say enough good about our stay. Our goal was to relax and see the sights, shop, and eat well. This was a very successful vacation! A note about the check-in process. Having people wait in the car when the temps are in the high 90's is abusive. Designate an area where a spouse or family members can wait in the shade while the only person allowed in the building is checking in. ALL the staff we encountered were professional and friendly. Kudos to all of them. Marlene, who got our room ready, did a superb job!
Hello! So glad everything went your way. We love it when our guests experiences match our expectations. Thanks for the feedback regarding the check-in process. Unfortunately, due to the current COVID 19 restrictions, we are not able to designate any location for guests to safely congregate while waiting to check in. The car is the safest, most relaxing and air conditioned place to safely wait, generally speaking. However, our hope is that not everyone will arrive exactly at 4PM as 4PM is only the minimum checkin time. Guests are always welcome to run errands, shop, dine, and sight see and check-in a little later to avoid long waiting periods. Please come back soon!

    Great getaway spot
As a timeshare holder at AMV and visitor to MW valley I am very familiar with the facility and the area. We have stayed there over 50x during past 25+ yrs and can be hypercritical of the facility. This time it could not have been better, maybe it was the midweek stay, or the pre Mem. Day weekend, but things were quiet, immaculately cleaned in all areas, public pool, showers, and exercise area. Our Studio was spotless and had all we needed. Staff 3 different workers we interfaced with couldn’t have been more helpful, easy checkin, quick checkout over the phone, and use of the facilities hours before our checkin time. Look forward to returning to the area, and AMV.
We're so glad you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to your return.

The kitchen floor was dirty, sticky. The bathroom toilet room floor was dirty especially in corners & next to baseboards, floor at base of toilet was filthy with dark grime..Yuck!! Spider web on the tile floor & attached to fireplace. Terrible job of thorough cleaning.

We had never been to New Hampshire and learned a lot. Even though the area is more for hiking, skiing, we found other things to do. Beautiful country and lots of activities, we rode the Scenic Conway Rail, The Cog, Gondola, rode 4 wheelers, and some short hikes. Only 3 and half hour to Montreal, so we spent one day traveling there (beware you will lose phone service). I gave poor on the sleep because in studio all you have is the bed that comes down from the wall, my husband slept there, but I had to sleep on couch.

This is a great location for people who like the outdoors. Hiking trails and soon upgraded ski slopes. The train trip through the mountians was great. This was a home away from home. We used it as home base, while traveling to the east coast of Maine and other destinations.

We had such a wonderful experience with the Wagon Ride at Attitash. We were excited for this addition to our trip and 3 adults and 2 kids loved every minute of it! Cannot wait to do it again! I thought it was reasonably priced and we loved traveling through parts of the woods we have not seen yet.

I keep getting older units that need work. but the beds are comfortable and units are clean. I wish they offered more activities for kids. I was no aware the 30 min wagon tour has a 60.00 fee for family of 4. :(

Small single condo unit on first floor. Clean and cozy. Wonderful patio for enjoying the early morning. Minor shortcomings: One door key did not work and no way to hang clothes. Recommend Armoire in place of chest of drawers. Great location for 'leaf peepers', skiers and other outdoor activities. QUIET!

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. We are pleased you enjoyed your time here and you found your accommodations to be cozy and comfortable. We apologize for the key not working. We are currently in the process of choosing a new keycard system that will hopefully eliminate any future issues. It is always nice to have a place to hang your clothes! Your recommendation for a change in furniture will be passed on for review. We hope you visit us again on future visits to the Mount Washington Valley. Sincerely, Kim

We enjoyed the air conditioned rooms in our unit after coming back from hiking! The unit was very large and quiet. The king size bed was comfortable and having two bathrooms was great. The dinner at the restaurant was delicious.
