The desk person was helpful, warm and welcoming. My adult daughter and I virtually just slept and showered in a room with 2 queen beds. These rooms are in a separate small bldg. behind the main Motel. Parking is within steps of the rooms. The room was small but adequately appointed, very clean and conveniently located. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

My daughter and I had a great 3 day stay. I’m glad it was close to Storyland as we closed the park all three days. She wore me out which was the plan! It was nice to only have to drive a few minutes, take a nice shower and flop into bed. Thank you and I hope to stay another time.

We stayed one night in a two-double-bed motel room. We stayed only one night because we were unfamiliar with NH and we randomly picked a place on the way back from ME to PA. We got delayed in ME on the arrival day, and then further delayed by my GPS which tried to direct us through a "Hurricane Mountain Road". Fortunately I decided not to go into that wried road but return to follow RT 302. The host was so nice to help us arrange a late check-in at 9 pm, although the regular check-in window was 2-6 pm. The room was clean. The bed were comfortable. The mini-fridge and the microwave met our needs. The morning coffee was nice. We also very much appreciated the availability of recycle bins. The nearby Mt. Washington and North Conway were so wonderful that we wished that we had booked additional nights to further explore the area. I surely would like to stay here in winter during the skiing trip. Attitash is almost next door, and Wildcat is within a short driving distance. The Wildcat slopes look exciting!

Our family of four (4yo and 6yo kiddos) loved this place. It was so clean and close to Storyland! The staff was so friendly and even though they were full to capacity it was perfectly private and the super warm pool never got crowded. There are also a dozen amazing jungle gyms and swing sets as well as several out door grills!!! Thank You North Colony!

My family stayed at this lovely motel in July of 2021. We found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. Our two and four year old little boys had a great time on the extraordinary playground. The pool was beautiful and amazingly clean. Donna was very attentive to our needs and extremely pleasant to work with. The proximity to Storyland and Living Shores was an added bonus. We are planning to stay here for our yearly trips to Storyland.
