Nestled in The White Mountains on the southern base of Attitash Mountain and only a mile from the ski slopes, The Seasons Resort is the perfect destination for families looking to enjoy all that the Mount Washington Valley has to offer. The Seasons is conveniently located near popular attractions including Attitash, Cranmore, Black, Wildcat and Bretton Woods alpine ski areas… Jackson Ski Touring, access to the trails at Great Glen Trails and Bear Notch Touring Center nordic ski areas… Storyland, Santa’s Village, Attitash Mountain amusement areas, and the Conway Scenic Railroad… North Conway’s outlets, shops and restaurants… canoeing and kayaking as well as some of the best hiking and biking trails in the White Mountain National Forest. Our condos are a great alternative to expensive hotel stays. With fully equipped kitchens, living area & dining areas, 2 bathrooms, and linens are provided. All you need to do is bring the fun. We continue to keep the safety and well-being of our staff and renters a top priority. While we do our part with additional cleaning measures and follow recommended guidelines, we ask those who stay on this property do their part as well. We are requiring masks/facial coverings to be worn in the common spaces and stairways within the condo buildings as 6-feet social distancing is impossible. The Covid-19 virus is still out there, for us to continue to have our Clubhouse amenities building open, except the Sauna, there are strict guidelines and limited capacities that must be followed. The Clubhouse amenities are very popular places to visit, we require all renters/owners to call ahead to reserve their time desired slot and area. You must make a separate reservation for each area that you want to use. Masks/facial coverings are required to be worn in the Clubhouse, except in the pool and Jacuzzi. In fairness to all, time slots with capacity limits are 30-minute blocks for each area, with disinfecting in between guests visits.

Detailed Reviews
These are condos that were probably built in the 70s. It's a great location that is close to everything and provides the NH feel. We were celebrating our 35th anniversary and went away with another couple. The unit we stayed in was clean and efficient with everything you need. We are not picky travelers and the unit was a little dated but nothing that concerned us. They have a clubhouse area with a pool, jacuzzi, game rooms and tv area. There are 2 fire pits in front of a small pond and a playground for young children. They also have a Wiffle ball field which is a replica of Fenway Park...Even at 60, I would like to go back and play a little homerun derby. It's right around the corner to Storyland and 8 miles from the hustle and bustle of North Conway. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a great place for families to rent a couple of units and enjoy all it has to offer. We will be back in 2022.
The only thing to consider is if you are traveling with elderly or handicapped. We shared a conversations with four 80 yrs olds and they said it was challenging for them to bring their bags in as there are stairs going up to the units and then up or down once you get inside. But, younger families would have no issues.

Response from Seasons Resort, General Manager at The Seasons Resort
Responded Nov 9, 2021
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with some feedback on your recent stay. The Seasons have condos which are managed by the on-site rental company The Seasons RMC. If you or anyone you know has concerns about stairs please contact us directly so that we may assist them with renting a condo with minimal stair access. We look forward to you returning and playing ball on the field.

We started staying at the Seasons in 1985, usually visiting two or three times a year. The facilities are maintained beautifully, the units are very clean, and the staff are very professional. As our family grew, they remained interested in going to the Seasons for the tennis, hiking, basketball, pin pong, indoor pool, s hopping and dining.
After 15 years, we finally bought a unit. Great place - far enough away from the outlets to be secluded, close enough to skiing in the winter.
I highly recommend.

We had the best time at the Season's. We came with a group of people from Canada. The price was just right, can't beat the "Neighbors to the North" Package. The unit was nicely decorated and very clean.
Every night we relaxed in the Giant Jacuzzi at the Clubhouse. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The front desk was the best...they always had something to say to make us laugh.
We will definatly be back....tell all out friends.

Been coming here for four straight years without a problem. This year was brutal. We were outside with friends and kids at 9:15. The security/janitor guy named Don comes driving in the parking lot fast, tells us to keep it down, that quiet hour is at 10, then screeches out. Comes back 30 seconds later and jumps out of the car and actually says "I said shut the [--] up". ( this is in front of 5 kids too) , and actually tried to instigate a fight. The woman?? Rebecca at front desk could not have cared less when we complained . They will be losing a great deal of business from now on because if these two inept, rude, workers here. I'd be pissed if I owned a condo here and these Jamokes manages the property.

We started off our vacation with a surprise that the five stairs were three flights to get in My daughter asked many times since I use a cane and walking and stairs are a big issue. The entrance had a wobbly rail and a broken railroad tie which made it even more of a danger to me. Called the front desk right away on Sunday , Monday and Tuesday was fixed on Thursday. The pool was closed Sunday and Monday due to someone getting sick in it ( out of their control) The ac in the master was faulty. We waited while others went out only to find out it would be repaired properly on our departure since it was going to be a major job. On Wednesday the dishwasher let go due to use and age not fun while on vacation washing dishes by hand for ten people. We did get one on Thursday late in the day. Our checkout was Friday by nine. We all woke up to a very sick four year old. He had an asthma attack which he NEVER had a breathing issue before. We immediately brought him to the hospital in N Conway It took us nine hours to make a four hour trip home due to stopping for nebulizer treatments thank goodness his cousin had one. When we arrived home he went to our local hospital. Could it have been from the faulty AC ? We will never know..by the way if your handicapped the resort has no accommodations or parking.

I want to start off by saying that I am a very easy-going person. I don’t typically complain, but after our recent stay, I felt compelled to share our recent experience. My husband and I have been coming here for several years straight without a problem. We were staying for a week with our two young children. To make a long story short, our problems began with a broken refrigerator in which meat we had brought became spoiled over-night. This set-off a series of events in which there was a complete breakdown in communication. In addition, we were made to feel as though we were the problem. Our vacation was later capped off by a completely atrocious, rude, and disrespectful front desk person. I am still reeling from the personal comments she made to me regarding my son (who was treated for strep throat in the hospital at the same time we were dealing with the fridge.) Had these issues not happened, we probably would have chosen the Seasons for our vacation next summer. However, there is no way we would possibly go back, especially after being treated so poorly at the front desk.

Response from Rental M, Manager at The Seasons Resort
Responded Jun 17, 2015
First of all I would like to explain that all of the units on this property are individually owned. The owners have the option of renting their units through the on site rental company or privately on their own. The company and the owner did everything possible to rectify the situation. The company refunded you money to cover the cost of your food that spoiled. The owner of the unit was contacted as soon as we were made aware of the situation, and purchase a brand new refrigerator which was installed in less than 24 hours. During that time staff moved your food to a refrigerator in another condo to prevent further food loss. I do apologize for how you were treated by the woman on the Front Desk, that was unprofessional and unacceptable. We hope that you will give us another chance. Rental Manager

We have been traveling here for years. It's a great place for families with all the amenities you could ask for....indoor pool, huge jacuzzi, tennis courts, Mini-Fenway. I swear the kids enjoy Seasons more than Storyland, skiing and everything nearby. It's great for adults too- spacious, clean units, plenty of room and separate sleeping space for kids and grown-ups- we especially like the penthouses with their two decks and large lofts. Prices are comparable to nearby hotels. The staff is fantastic- helped us find discounted tickets, great places to eat and even floats for the kids at the pool!!! The units are owner decorated- so definitely range in style, updating and amenities. Just tell the staff or search the website for what you are looking for......or would be happy to tell units we liked and didn't. Overall, great place to stay and is the only place we'll stay in the White Mountains.

We stayed here in July 2012 and our stay was good until we left the resort. When we were almost home, we realized we left a bunch of items including my husband's prescription meds. We called the front desk and told them what we forgot and they said they we would get in 2-3 days. I told them that we needed the meds ASAP. We waited a couple of days and still didn't get our stuff back so I called them again. Finally, two weeks later, we got our things but some of the meds were missing which was a whole bottle of pills! We then called the front desk and manager to let them know our meds were missing and they basically said that they never saw any of the pills! The manager claims that his staff are very trustworthy and always return lost/found items all the time. Each time we spoke to the front desk/manager, their stories were inconsistent about how many bottles of prescription meds we had. They basically made it sound like we were lying about what we left behind and that they're staff are honest and trustworthy people. The manager was useless and couldn't care less. My husband called the police and made a report but it's hard to trace stolen prescription meds. Needless to say, I will never stay here again! This is the worst experience I've ever had and the worst service ever including poor management, untrustworthy staff and lack of concern!!

My family and I stayed here in August 2012 and had a great stay until we were leaving.
We rented through VRBO from a private owner, but this owner contracts with the resort for cleaning services.
After we left we realized, about 30 minutes away, that my wife had left some jewelry in the condo and we turned around to get it. When we got back, the condo had been cleaned already and her jewelry was not there. We immediately went to the front desk and spoke to the general manager. He went to speak to the cleaning crew (5 people for one condo) and came back and claimed that he watched them look through the sheets and didn't find anything. He also claimed that they would look through the vacuum cleaners but we never heard any response from that search.
We called the POLICE and they came pretty quickly.
The general manager said he would be shocked if any of his people stole my wife's jewelry because the cleaning crews turned in lost and found items frequently, including valuable items like laptops and phones. We said that might be but expensive jewelry is a lot easier to pocket and a lot harder to trace than a laptop.
The POLICE officer did a thorough job of making a report and interviewing all those involved. Of course we never got her jewelry back.
We were extremely upset by the general manager's lack of concern for something this valuable being stolen, most likely by someone on his cleaning crew.
Had this not happened we probably would have chosen Seasons for our vacation next summer, but there is no way we would possibly go back after this happened because of this and because of the management's lack of concern over the value of the jewelry stolen.

For families with children this is a beautiful reasonably priced condominium style resort. Close to shopping, hiking, and skiing the area is perfect all year round. The pool facility is modern, clean and well equipped. The hot tub spa is HUGE! The condo we stayed in was beautifully decorated and well stocked with board games, books, decks of cards and puzzles.
