No one to check us in at arrival. When she did arrive, she was very rude. Credit card charged multiple times. Room was very small, out dated, dirty and smelled. You could not pay me to stay there again. Much better places to for less price.

I came for 3 nights and played blackjack . The food was good and the room was clean , great time. There were many $5 tables . The slots were fair . Long time between slot payouts but they did eventually pay. I got points for playing and they took over $100 of my hotel bill when I was leaving.

The service in Winner's, ALL around ,from the desk clerk, waitresses, casino dealers, even the cooks is excellent. The value is great, and I even walked away from the BJ tables with more $$ than I started with.

Winners was not bad. The rooms were clean but minimal. The one major drawback was that check in was in the casino where smoking is allowed. Not a lot options for eating in the area. If your are going to Winnemucca NV I would recommend Winners.

Not a great casino. Dark and really not that clean. Positive is that the steak house there served the best "prime" steak I've eaten in years...so that was worth the stop. We lost our money here, but it was just a one-night stopover.

We were put in a room that has employee access right outside our window where we heard people loudly talking and going in and out of the doors all night and early morning, if you want no sleep-stay here, it was clean.

Crappy, old, outdated hotel with no elevator. The most I can say is that the bathroom was clean. The window of our room looked out on to an interior stairwell and the opposite brick wall. The room was dark and had no help from the 'window'. Yes, it was cheap, but it was creepy! Our stay soured us on Winnemucca...

Stayed at the Winner's Inn Hotel on the second floor. The hotel has no elevators and was in drastic need of an upgrade. You would think that a Casino hotel would have a little cheaper rooms, but this was the most expensive of all the places we stayed and this place was a dump compared to the others. The room...

Took a while to find a friendly machine , but when we did , it paid off quite well for a penny slot! Won 80 dollars between my wife and I , that plus out 20 each that we started with .. Took a while for our new slot club memberships to be active , they aren't exactly digital yet!...

I took the Amtrak California Zephyr (3 hr. ride )up from Reno in Aug. 2016 for 3 days. A planned stay. I found my room in the main building to be ready and spotless. The food was fine although there was too much of it. The people were friendly . I played Blackjack , there are many $5 tables. The...
