First time staying in a bed and breakfast. Am so glad I chose Cobb Mansion as the place to experience my first B and B. Classy place, elegantly decorated. Andrea was a real treat and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Would highly recommend this place. It has set a high bar in which I will compare all B...

First class victorian mansion. Recently refurbished to the highest standards. Each room has private bath and individual thermostats. Impeccably furnished with period furniture. Paul and Jeff are fantastic hosts. No one will leave disappointed. Due to numerous fragile antiques, I might not recommend for families with children.

From the moment we pulled up to this beautifully restored Mansion and property, we were in another world. Paul and Jeff are wonderful hosts, and Andrea is a lovely hostess. Paul made us feel like we were his only guests for the two days. His tour of the Mansion began at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday with a historical overview of...

Can't say that I'm the most seasoned traveler, but I have stayed in a few B&Bs. This was by far the best experience. Paul is a most gracious, energetic and knowledgeable host. His cooking and tours are wonderful. We especially loved the tour of Virginia City in his 1948 Plymouth Town and Country convertible. What fun! We plan to return...

The Cobb Mansion is excellent in every way...As many others have said, from the moment you check in you are made to feel welcome, almost feels like its your home. We unfortunately missed Paul's tour of the home but not to worry, he is there to answer any questions about the history of the place. The room was clean, comfortable,...

The Cobb Mansion is beautifully remodeled with top notch service! The decor was impressive and very clean. We stayed in the Julia Boulette room on the 1st floor with direct access to an outdoor patio. The bed was very comfortable, the food was delicious, and Andrea our host was extremely informative of the local area, great restaurants, and the Tahoe...

Not sure what I can say that other reviewers haven't already said. The Cobb Mansion is quite an experience. It is much more than just a place to sleep while traveling. We had the Hop Sing room which was beautifully decorated. I have to say I have never stayed somewhere cleaner than this place--there was not a speck of dust...

What a memoriable experience this past weekend! We really had a great time! The room (Julia Bullette) is beautiful. We can't thank innkeeper Andria enough for going out of her way to make our wedding special. Food superb, 5 star service. She did an outstanding job and extremely knowledgeable. She recommended some excellent local restaurants. Thank you! Chris and Wendy

We have stayed here twice now in the last 8 months, The rooms are fantastic and breakfast was great. Thanks Andrea for giving us such great service and a really good time. If you go to Virginia City and are looking for a B&B experience that is "OUT OF THIS WORLD" then this is the place to stay.

Great experience, excellent hosts, will be back. The breakfast was superb, great tour both night and morning, didn't want to leave. Plus the Saltire was displayed for our arrival which displayed they were interested in their visitors.
