From a timeshare "owner's" perspective, this may be the best run property in the business. Constantly upgrading and refurbishing, friendly staff and the most beautiful location in the entire Tahoe region.
We (me, my husband, and my sister and her husband) stayed at the Ridge Crest for four nights in July. We "accidentally" won this time at a fundraising auction. It was great to get to see beautiful Lake Tahoe -- we've never been -- but...More
Beautiful views but the rooms need to be updated. The furniture is a little dated. I've only been here in the summer but the weather is perfect. The room is clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The TVs are nice and...More

Hi Katy, I would assume each building has a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom units. Don't expect much for a deck or balcony; ours barely had room for the one chair and very small round table. I would suggest calling the resort and asking about availability for rooms with valley or lake view; but take in mind there are so many tall trees that views may be obstructed. It is truly a beautiful area.
