My partner and I have spent three weeks here during summer for several years. While this is an older property that we have known since the early 1980s, upkeep, remodeling, and TLC have kept units modern, and comfortably appointed. Dishwasher and washer/dryer make it easy to go home with clean clothes. Linens are always white and fluffy, units are clean... More

I did an exchange through International Interval to Royal Aloha in Stateline Nevada from July 18-25, 2016. Monday to Monday which is great for avoiding traffic. Check in could not have been easier. Pam Bricker , the manager, is delightful. Not only does she want you to have a good time , however you want to do it, but she... More

When we got there the lady at the front desk was very rude. The rooms have a AC control but not vents for AC so there is no AC. The room is ok. The people at the desk dont work sunday or saturday so u have to check urself. You have people constantly working on the buildings making noises and... More

Yes, they have free wifi in the room with decent performance. Pool and hot tub were shared with all of the other resorts in the village as is the parking. It was a bit too far to walk to the pool and hot tub. There is huge eyesore next to the pool, an unfinished and abandoned multi-story skeleton of concrete... More

We drove up to the property which is on a one way street, and walking distance to the heavenly lift, and we were greeted with a friendly hello and coffee, and cake. Our room was comfortable and well equipped with a lovely view of a gentle slope covered with snow. We enjoyed the two bedroom and the fire place. We... More

Great location near all attractions in the South Lake Tahoe area . Condos are clean and well taken care of. Each of the condos have TV's , clock radios and thermostats to control heat. The kitchens are complete and a washer /dryer is also provided in each unit. The Property Manager, Pam Bricker is very helpful and is a good... More

This property located in the summit village, a short ride from south lake tahoe on Nevada site. The road from south lake Tahoe is a winding road full of curve. Park your car before Galaxy lane street, in the big parking area before you check in to see where is your unit because this is a one way street. So,... More

This place is great for winter vacations as it is close to the Heavenly lift. It is less attractive for the summer. All the activities are located at the lake level which is more that 1000 ft down and about 15 min drive away. The unit itself is very comfortable and well maintained. The property manager provided us with beach... More

The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for its beauty and nearness to many of Tahoe's great attractions. The orientation breakfast if you choose to go was very beneficial for setting up a fantastic week of trips around the Lake, a variety of beautiful beache to choose ,and spectacular scenery. You also are provided with coolers, beach chairs and... Rather old-fashiioned, dark bedrooms and uncomfortable bedding, but the apartment was clean and well-equpped. Our holiday was spoilt by the very rude manager, Pam Bricker, the absence of wi-fi at the time, and a heater which was too close to the bedding - a fire hazard. The pool was on the other side of the road, up very steep steps.
