Hotel's Favorite
Great place to stay in South Reno.
Very nice & competent staff, large well-apportioned rooms, w/ all amenities.
Pulled in late and very tired the front desk gentleman was very sweet and check the same quickly giving me a room on the second floor even though I requested a room on the first floor of this hotel is about eight or 10 stories high and Room start on the second floor so we got room 208 which was fine and close to the elevator. Plenty of luggage carts all around so you don’t have to go hunting.
There are services everywhere - anything you could ever want. May I suggest Grimaldi‘s it was absolutely delicious!
The only faux pas that we encountered was we asked for late check out as I am a Diamond select member and the next morning it had not been forwarded to the correct people and housekeeping was questioning us as to why we were not checked out yet… but that’s really not a big deal in the big scheme of things.
We will definitely stay here again on our next trip through the Reno area.

Pros: Stayed for 4th July weekend at this hotel and it was worth it. Originally planning on staying downtown but this is just a very short drive away from it. Its a larger size hotel for best western standards with several floors. The rooms look spotless and may have been recently renovated and were very quiet. Heather was there to check me in and was very kind and friendly as well as the other staff. Pool was open for use, which is good for a nice swim. They still provide a grab and go breakfast bag. Parking was very ample and did not have any issues finding parking even on the busy weekend.
Cons: Not many. I always travel with my Roku or Fire stick to stream my shows when im watching TV but the TVs installed do not have an available HDMI port which was a bummer so i was stuck channel surfing till i found something. One of the nights we had just returned from a night out at the casino and within no more than 2 minutes we had an agent call the room to keep it down and security knocking on our door, we explained that we had literally just been in the lobby and no way it could have been us. As we were walking from the elevator to the room we did hear a loud room which was down the hall which im sure security could have figured out that someone had complained about the wrong room.

Great place good food great rooms and beds very new and modern living spaces. Make sure to take all of your personal items and refuse room service. They will take your belongings if you accidentally leave them behind and apparently do not report left items to front desk. Just beware and you will enjoy your stay.

Staff were not helpful, not wearing their mask correctly. Staff allowed other customers to enter the hotel with out their mask on or not on correctly. Our room had hair everywhere. I am happy we disinfected the hotel room we stayed in before we utilized it because it appeared it had not been sanitized or disinfected. Basic cleaning. Hair in the shower and bathroom area. We had a fire alarm go off after exiting the building the staff did not inform us that it was a false alarm we stood outside for 20 minutes. Staff claimed they only had one person working that morning and that is why we were not notified.

Room was surprisingly large, well-appointed, modern decor and very clean.
Bed and bath linens were good quality. Plenty of storage in large wardrobe and dresser.
I stayed on New Year's Eve and the hotel was within 10 min of Downtown Reno for the fireworks and casinos, but far enough to be quiet and away from the crowds. Free breakfast was ok quality, but in a weird location (meeting room) - I assume because of renovations.

What a wonderful surprise to run into this gem! No smoking, no gambling, ultra clean, not just pet friendly but pet welcoming, priced right hotel. Pets were included in price of room, no gauging because we had a furry family member. We had a corner room with LOTS of room! The furnishings and decor are splendid, elevators were fast, all employees were friendly. Breakfast was to go bags because of COVID but had a variety of items. Extremely pleased with stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem off of I-80! The hotel is recently renovated with beautiful décor and comfy beds! The staff was excellent and they offer many to-go breakfast options. I have stayed at a few other hotels recently and they only offered a bag with a granola bar, fruit, and water. This hotel offers sandwiches, burritos, crustables, cereal, milk, and yogurt all included in the room rate! Would highly recommend!

Traveled to the Reno area for a dog show. We were met by friendly staff who checked us in quickly, gave us a room near the elevator to accommodate frequent trips outside with the dogs.
The room was spacious, clean, and well stocked. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Even with many others staying with dogs in other rooms, we rarely heard any noise. Nights were very quiet and peaceful.
The green belt was perfect for dogs, shady, watered and mowed. Bags and bins provided for waste which was maintained regularly. Very dog friendly.
While the restaurant was closed due to Covid, the Grab-N-Go breakfast had an excellent selection.

This hotel is exceptional if you’re traveling for a sports tournament. My son and his team traveled there for a baseball tournament and it has all the amenities you need, especially a laundry room in the hotel and food nearby. Definitely would stay here again!

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, and guests and staff appeared to all wear masks when in public spaces. Some amenities are reduced due to the pandemic but they did a good job of making up for them. The location is a more industrial area but it is very close to some shopping centres and a small lake.
