I booked the room in advance and was greeted with a friendly smile. Vagabond Inn is close to my work, is surrounded by many restaurants of all kinds. The owners are kind and gracious with helping me due to an overextended stay with their kindness. I will stay at The Vagabond Inn for any future work I have in Reno.

This was by far my worst Motel experience. Rif-Raf coming and going at all times day and night. At one point I had 5 of Reno's finest police and detectives at my door searching for a rapist. The ONLY good thing about this motel was the attentiveness of the housekeeping staff. NOT a place for families or individuals to stay.

ATTN ANYONE TRAVELING TO RENO: DO NOT STAY AT THE VAGABOND INN! Stayed here in May, and had issues with being quoted one price over the phone, and a higher one when we arrived. Decided to roll with it then. There was no shot I was gonna give them another chance, but my friend who booked the room talked me... More

This was definitely the best deal for the weekend we were there, especially for having a pool and continental breakfast, which was pretty good. The pool area was nice and big so you're not squished next to a bunch of people. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner as well as the towel they left for us (but only... More

The night personnel are rude the air conditioning doesn't work and for $367 a week they will not move you to a room with one that does it 100F° outside and 120F° in our room. They will return you money minus $100 for the night forget coming here if you want the service to match the price it doesnt!!!!

Very comfortable and clean room. Had very good time at vagabond and I am surely coming back and recommend staying here.Best part was that I was there on a business trip and got everything I was looking for, friendly staff, clean room, close to casinos and restaurants, WIFI, breakfast included. That's all I was looking for. One thing I think... More

The hotel was a little dated. There were several things in our room that needed TLC to get a better rating. Some issues needing attention include broken privacy guard on door, torn lamp shade, slow shower tub drain, bad tv reception (old tube style), weak wifi (we were in the back-end of the facility) and terrible HVAC (no heat). Also,... More

As other reviewers have mention this is a ghetto hotel not just a cheap hotel. Upon entering we should have just called my credit card and canceled the transaction after booking an unseen no refund room. The room smelled of smoke (non smoking) the bathroom smelled of mildew so strong I thought I was in a swamp. We refused to... More
