Came in from Denver looking for a nighty manager offered a weekly for 350. Sounded good because we were looking for an apartment. He said it woukd be ready next morning. Great..showed up next day he said come back at 2 ok...showed up at 2 he said 430..ok came back he said 730 but oh by the way we need 200 more dollars for deposit. Ok...upon arrival asked if they accept pets..yes they do . gave him 550 dollars ..response pick up key at 730. Ok so get there get key he wants another hundred...no its a service dog. Ok so just give us the money back were frustrated by now. He says he will show us who he is by faxing our IDS to everyone in reno and we wont ever find a place in nevada. WOW! My daughters deaf and the dog is her service dog. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone...

I find that the last review of the management and all of it's ridiculous comments to be unjust. We as a family are very happy that when we came into town to check in for the holidays , like we always do ... we were VERY happy to see that Mr. Laub has changed management and some staff members whom I recall to be drug addicts and prostitutes. The last time we stayed , there was drug activity and we were so sad to see a place we love to come every year for Christmas just turn into a drug , crime filled place . Yes the new managers are a little shocking at first but I could not be more happy with sweet disposition of everyone and their over all positive attitudes . The new housekeeper is such a sweet lady . We felt safe and welcomed . We were NEVER denied towels and she actually brought a new set to our room and refused to take a tip . This last review is clearly someone who did not like things to get better they obviously were part of the problem . So Farrah and Terry ,, we adore you guys and we will definitely be back .

I picked this place because of the decent location - near the casinos- and the decent reviews on tripadcisor. However, this place was so bad that I had to leave without a refund. First, the room I was put in was completely infested with bed bugs. This wasn't a minor thing, they were crawling all over the bed when I pulled down the blanket. Second, the place was in complete disrepair. The room was dirty, the light switch didn't work, the toilet hadn't been cleaned in some time and had developed dark brown streaks. There weren't any cups for water, soap, or shampoo. Finally, the management was not present in the office. When I got there, I happened to catch someone walking around that works with maintenance, and he went and got the front desk person to check me in. When I discovered the infestation, none of the management was anywhere to be found. Note that this also means that there was no security for the open lot in the middle of downtown. I can deal with bad rooms, but this was too much. I left my room key outside the office, and went to the Hawthorne suites a few miles away. For the same price, I got a really nice room, very clean, air conditioned, and with nice management. Go there instead.

The rooms are very clean and looked newly remodeled. The check in staff were very friendly and they have a store on the property. There is the Reno River Walk just a short distance down the street along with Century theaters movie complex.
