We’re here at the 14th floor,damn elevator is so noisy. Can’t sleep!!!!
Rooms is nice and clean,just the elevator.
Buffet food were good and staff are very friendly.
The only thing they don’t provide is coffee maker.

I love the great rates, it's a convenient casino/ hotel and if you enjoy good access to all the offerings of Reno downtown, this is a good choice.

The Sands is rather ordinary as casinos go but the people that work there are very friendly and make you feel comfortable to be there. I was visiting friends and family and just stopped by to play some video poker and make some sports bets....More

The $75.00 fee that I spoke of, is not included in your total rental fees, they collect it when you arrive to pay for your room. So have on hand an extra $75.00 to pay them per incidentals, plus your room's charges.
