Took my wife there to visit friends nearby, the room was very nice, 8 out of 10, Americana Cafe was OK, large portions, but they were out of Ham steaks the morning we left. The Casino, like most in Reno, was quite smoky, but my wife had some good luck at the slots. I was disappointed they had no live... More

I was expecting more out of the room. It reminded me of a Motel 6. We couldn't get our room cool enough. The cooler was going the whole time but we were hot. The coffee pot was in the bathroom & there should be mini fridge. For a little bit more I could stay at the Grand Sierra Resort, in... More

It was a great way to end our trip to Nevada for the Thanksgiving dinner in Lake Tahoe. We had the opportunity to do some adult gaming while not having to leave the area and provide a fun time to the kids.

Mini suite was much more spacious than expected and at least 50% bigger than other hotels. Rooms were clean. We had two different views from each room. My granddaughter spent most of the time looking out the windows.

Visited with large group. Had 3 rooms and stayed for 3 days. Very poor bed quality with everyone complaining of poor night's sleep. Had issue with billing. Got overcharged and had to spend an hour at the front desk to resolve the issue.

The rooms are upto date with new furniture, electronics, wifi and fresh. The Resort area is fun for kids with games and Circus acts. Lots of parking space and on the strip. A little difficult to move around with strollers on the Grand walkway and walkway connection between towers. After you check in, If your room is in the back... More
