Room and gambling experience was by far one of the best I've ever had. We had a blast walking and enjoying all that's available for families. The restaurants we're great as well. Sushi is the best I've had and the cooks are great.

Room, and bathroom was dirty. Coffee with no coffee cups! Refrigerator was dirty, and not set to cold. VIP services, lady was rude, more than once. Seemed like she had to go out of our way to answer a question.

We have always gotten great rooms, the people who work here are very nice and helpful. The resort has a new buffet that is very good. Sunny and Nga Nanette who are on the floor are just super people. Will be returning monthly to Reno. Evaluating hotels. This was my first and was pleased. Once the work day was overy there are several in house quality dining choices. Even had a store or the toiletries I forgot. A lot of activities available if that suits you. Good WiFi for work.

Thank you for the great weekend, we enjoyed our stay, the room was great. My dad and I enjoyed playing in the casino. We loved the buffet, especially the seafood, I was a big fan of that, my Dad was able to find some good choices too, as he doesn't like seafood. Overall We had a great experience, and we...

On our recent visit to Reno we took a trip to the Grand Sierra Casino. They had sent me a free room voucher. We usually stay at the Eldorado, but our last several visits have gotten considerably more disappointing as far as slot payback. So we took up GSR on their free offer and boy, are we glad we did....

After playing in the casino for several years, the unthinkable happened. I finally won, and it was a great occasion. Slot manager Rocky was a great help in ensuring the process went smoothly, and I will come back over and over again.

Top shelf customer service, The Summit rocks it with nice large rooms. The view of the driving range into the water is brilliant. Charlie Palmer's Steak has professional service, a super fine wine list and the steaks aren't bad either. When will the pool be reopened?
