Had a great time! Can't wait for this summer when the pool area is done. The rooms were amazing loved the views. We went bowling downstairs then had dinner at Johnny rockets which was awesome as always. Then we finished the night off with some slot play and drinks! Perfect!

Rooms are Euro Modern and very quiet being so close to the Airport. We brought our teenagers as it was spring break and they like video games on PS3 but the HD TVs are only 720p. The Saturday buffet is has a very large selection and has great staff. A Great Family Casino Hotel and much better than Circus Circus.

I loved the room, it was big/spacious and there was a microwave and a refrigerator, this was very helpful especially for kids. The people were very nice and friendly, the kids enjoyed their trips to the arcade. We were just bummed that we did not get to use the pool. The food at the Grand Cafe was delicious and reasonable.

Biggest brightest hotel in Reno. Sprawling casino with slots that really do pay out. Very good restaurants throughout. Floor drink service is ever present with cheerful pleasant servers. Nice place to play and stay

I had a great time. My room was great, the KISS concert was awesome... but I was unimpressed with the customer service in the Cafe. Breakfast the first morning the service was good, but when I went to pay, a waiter was talking to the cashier for several minutes, and when they finally noticed me standing there, he said (not...

We've been coming to GSR for the last 4-5 yrs and have enjoyed everything till this last visit. We like the buffet but this time the food was horrible and the price rediculosly high for the bad quality

Well appointed and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great toiletries. Lots of places to eat. Friendly gaming. My go to for Reno. Close to airport. I have zero complaints about this property. I stay in nice places all over the world. GSR has earned by Reno business!

Get new keyer machines at the front desk. It's a small investment that will keep your guests from major hassle and frustration. It's 2017, your using a 15 year old key system. The pool can wait a few more months. ... I'd rather be able to access my room than swim in a pool ... Wouldn't you? By the way...
