My wife and I had a basic room. It did the job. We were not in it much anyway. So much to do around town. Not a big fan of everyone smoking. It resonates throughout the building. Restaurants are pricy but there are some lower costs options. Not walking distance to the strip. We would come back again.

It was a last minute trip, the concert at your venue is what helped us to decide to stay there. The price of the food, bowling, movies and room made the choice easy. We plan on staying there again in the near future.

Everything was pretty much average except the place was way too cold, the meeting rooms, the halls, the bar areas, everywhere. I had to go to my room and turn off the A/C to get warm. The staff was helpful in the office area and the bell station.

ee stayed at the hotel for the first time. There are lots of activities for kids. The pool was great. We gambled a bit and won. We didn't lose any money. We had s great weekend, I strongly recommend this hotel in Reno.

All was great including buffet dinner. However, I read a promotion of having one $20 promotion in July and $20 for August if I stay. I stayed in July 11 and 12th but was told my $20 promotion is for August only. Disappointed staff did NOT know and therefore I did NOT receive my $20 promotion. I should have brought... More

We had a reservation for 2 nights booked over 2 months in advance. Got there and they were over-booked. We were put in a different style room than reserved but it had "a very nice view and refrigerator". We opened the curtains to a concrete wall ... that's it (seriously). And, of course, no refrigerator. We went back to the... More

So I reserved online a month ago. I go in the night of and am told that they don't have any of these rooms left so they will just upgrade me to concierge. Cool, then I'm asked if I have kids, yes, oh sorry. Okay I understand BUT I need a room, I already reserved. They double checked and asked... More

Overall, a pleasant stay. Food in the Grand Café was average, small portions and very overpriced. Elevator bar had the slowest bartenders I have ever seen. Rooms were very nice and housekeeping staff always friendly as you passed them in the hallway.
