My room was collapsing! Furniture leaning to one side of the room, closet door closed by itself, items rolling across the floor, felt like I was walking up/down a hill. Staff knows about it and doesn't give a damn. Still puts people in that part of the hotel.
This was the second time we stayed at this property as a stopover en route to Reno. The staff were very pleasant and the rooms were comfortable. It bears noting that the mattresses are adjustable -- we didn't notice this.
This property is in a suburban/ light industrial area several miles south of the airport and downtown Reno. It’s far enough outside of the downtown area to not feel like being in Reno at all. During my two-night stay I found the hotel staff to be friendly and accommodating. …
Nice hotel, located away from casinos and traffic. Easy access from freeway. Room satisfactory, has access to room using cell phone, can bypass checkin. One of the better restaurants I’ve found in HGI’s, terrific service, good food
If you go to this hotel which is right off of highway 395, good location. If you have breakfast make sure and ask for Claudia Castro she is the best waitress that they have on site. She always takes good care of the customers.
