We booked this room for a quick trip to Reno, but this property far exceeded what I expected. I knew there weren't any convenience stores near the hotel, but the front desk representative offered us waters, which was all we needed.

The hotel was really clean and I can tell it has been renovated. I thought the noise level would be bad being so close to a highway, but the noise wasn't too bad at all.

I was shocked at the breakfast that was offered. I figured it would be a bagel and coffee, but this hot breakfast was the real deal. Waffle maker, hot eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, and all sorts of other options. It was really impressive and I hope they keep it because there isn't any restaurant within walking distance.

I would definitely stay here again and don't let the negative reviews worry you. I read them also it seems like management corrected past errors.

If you reserve thru a third party and have any issue during your stay they just pass the ball and don't care about it. Awful experience. Won't go to this specific location and wouldn't use Booking.com again, it's more expensive thru this app and it's extremely difficult to get a response from them when you have an issue to deal with.

Bring your own pillows. The beds are incredibly bouncy & aren't comfortable overnight.
The rooms are clean & breakfast offers quite a nice variety.
The location offers easy access to the freeway yet is secluded from the main road which means less freeway noise.
The staff is incredibly friendly & very helpful. I wish they were as kind everywhere as they are here. I would absolutely stay at this location again.

Stayed here over the weekend normally i stay at the residence inn in sparks but they were all booked up. I noticed that they have a very young front staff which seems to lack the customer service im use to at most hilton brand hotels. the hotel itself is clean and seems to be well maintained. There breakfast isnt much and i think to many hotels use the excuse of Covid-19 to offer a cheaper breakfast. I noticed most marriot hotels recently have offered hot breakfasts again while hilton hotels have not.

This hotel is well situated in the area for my business needs. It is completely average. The rooms I have stayed in were quiet in the evening although the door had a large gap to the frame that admitted much light at night, a distraction. The HVAC was typical of this level of hotel and sounded like a jet engine when on. The design and implementation of the lighting in the room is below average. It has a depressing pall to it and sets a poor mood.
I could write a book on how bad the breakfast presentation was. The coffee was not good, the food was mediocre and I would recommend not taking advantage of it for nutritional or taste reasons. It represents almost the least they can do. I know the business environment has been challenging but this was something I have to call out. This Hampton gets a C for their presentation.

When I booked the room it said it was Cancelable / Refundable thru a 3rd Party Vendor with 48 hours notice. I gave 72 hours notice to Cancel due to a auto accident. Then advised I would be charged anyway. Was charged in full by the Hotel.

Very Rude and lacking customer service by the front desk. Both at check-in and requesting room service which never happened. First when I checked in, when I requested my two bottles of water (Diamond member) the fornt desk clerk acted like I was asking for the world. NExt, after my 3rd day, I requested room service, same young lady assured me she had my room down. I requested the prior night. When I returned the next day after taking clients out (9pm), the room wasn't serviced and I had no towels. When I went down to the fornt desk, she said sorry and threw towles on the front desk at me. If this is the new Hilton Standard, I will no longer be using Hilton brand hotels.

We were visiting Lake Tahoe. Accommodation at the lake was very expensive and we opted to stay farther away and take full day trips to the lake and the areas. This hotel is only 45 min away from the lake and it was easy and beautiful ride. The scenery is breathtaking. The hotel didn’t disappoint. Clean and comfortable. Nice pool. Decent breakfast (even though still covid restricted). Nice staff.

Stayed for a week and was quite disappointed on several things .First, asked for a quiet room and they gave us a room with adjoining door and a screaming kid next door. Occupancy was very low and this shouldn't happen. Each night a different occupant was there. You can hear everything between the rooms. With a door or a wall it's noisy. I asked at check in when coffee service begins and the guy told me 5 am..
Well, apparently he was wrong and morning clerk said 6am.....thanks for nothing. They do have great coffee and that's about it. Several times the front desk seemed incompetent, some better then others. Breakfast was ok, at least they offered something. Housekeeping staff was very good although we didn't have daily service due to Covid 19. They were helpful if we needed to replenish supplies. The rooms are on the small side, noisy from inside and from outside road noise. With all the newer choices around in hotels I would pick a different one.

The room was clean but it’s not practical that we have to ask 24 hours advance to request for housekeeping. The complimentary breakfast was the same in the 2 days of our stay. There was only scrambled eggs that the vegetarian can eat for the hot meal other than the waffle and oatmeal (all carbs).

Hi, Yes, there are several fast food restaurants or small restaurants about two or three easy blocks away. My favorite spot is about three blocks, the Sierra Gold, which has great prices, specials, with large local attendance.
